Kim Richards’ Daughter Brooke Celebrates One-Year Wedding Anniversary On The Day She’s Arrested

While Kim Richards was getting arrested for shoplifting on Sunday at a Target store in Van Nuys, California, her daughter, Brooke Brinson, was celebrating one year of marriage with husband Thayer Weiderhorn. According to an E! News report on August 5, Brinson and Weiderhorn spent their one-year anniversary at the La Quinta Resort and Spa in Palm Springs, California.

“The first of many anniversaries to come, with the love of my life #AnniversaryWeekend,” Brinson captioned a photo of herself and Weiderhorn.

Kim Richards’ daughter also shared another photo of herself and Weiderhorn, which was a throwback to their August 2014 wedding, an event that took place at the home of Kim Richards’ older half-sister, Kathy Hilton.

Meanwhile, Kim Richards was strolling three carts full of merchandise out of a Target before being arrested and charged with petty theft. According to reports, Kim Richards attempted to steal over $600 worth of merchandise.

As the Inquisitr previously reported, Kim Richards’ family is reportedly up in arms over he latest arrest, the second this year for the former Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, and is allegedly considering a 5150 hold. Hours after Kim Richards was arrested, a source revealed the following information to Radar Online.

“The [Richards family] believes that Kim has three options: 1. She goes back to rehab. 2. She’s put on a 5150 hold. 3. She could end up hospitalized from alcohol poisoning or pill overdose.”

Just this year, Kim Richards has checked into at least three separate rehabs, the latest of which was in Malibu, California. While it is unclear what exact date Richards left the facility, she reportedly completed a 30-day program. Still, Richards’ family allegedly believes she needs more care in the future and wonders how she ended up “penniless” despite sharing two children with the son of a billionaire and having divorced him years ago.

“She sells her part of the house their mom left them to Kyle because she’s broke, then she resents Kyle for it. It is too much for the family to take. Her daughters all married men who are now multi-millionaires; her nieces are MEGA rich – and she’s stealing from Target?? Then blames everyone else? [The Richards family] doesn’t know what to do anymore. It’s incredible… When Monty [Brinson] dies, forget it. There are fears she’s going to breakdown something awful.”

Kim Richards is due in court to address her recent arrest on August 20. She is not expected to appear on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills Season 6.
