Kail Lowry Responds To Jenelle Evans’ Broken Engagement

Kail Lowry has weighed in on Jenelle Evans’ recent split from fiance Nathan Griffith. Just one day after news of the end of the Teen Mom 2 engagement hit the web, Kail Lowry released a statement to Real Mr. Housewife. On August 5, Kail Lowry revealed the following.

“I obviously care about Jenelle. She knows she can call me or text me about anything.”

Kail Lowry also added to Evans, “Keep your head up babe!”

Kail Lowry and Evans have been close since they started filing Teen Mom 2 years ago, and while they’ve had a few hiccups in their relationship in recent years, they appear to be in a positive place as of late. During the recent reunion filming in Los Angeles, Kail Lowry posed for photos with Evans, and the two appeared to visit the Saddle Ranch in West Hollywood together, as well. Months prior, however, the two were at odds during a trip to New York City. While promoting the show, Evans felt left out by Kail Lowry and her fellow co-star, Chelsea Houska, and took to Twitter, where she spoke of her frustrations, and slammed her co-stars for pretending to be friends with her.

As the Inquisitr previously reported, Kail Lowry has dealt with relationship drama of her own recently. In addition to Evans and Griffith’s on-screen drama, Lowry and her husband, Javi Marroquin, have faced intense marital trouble throughout Teen Mom 2 Season 6.

Below is what Kail Lowry had to say about her and Marroquin’s issues during an interview with Us Weekly, which took place after filming on Season 6 wrapped.

“Ultimately we made it through. I just think it was trying to get on the same parenting page with Lincoln, and Lincoln was probably only 6 months old [at the time], and I think it was easier for me to make friends in Delaware, because I would go to my breastfeeding support group, CrossFit, stuff like that. And for him, he’s at work all day.

There was a point where I was like, ‘You’re going to go to work one day and me and the kids are going to be gone,’ but I think there was a turning point when his mom and his sister sat him down, and they sat him down and they were just like, ‘This is what it is. We’re surprised that she hasn’t left you,’ kind of deal.”
