Is Harry Styles Life In Danger At Today’s One Direction Show?
One Direction star Harry Styles is currently trending on Twitter. There isn’t anything unusual about Harry, or indeed, his band-mates, Liam Payne, Louis Tomlinson or Niall Horan, trending on Twitter. As reported on Inquisitr, Liam Payne was trending last night after he lashed out at One Direction fans and paparazzi photographers who were hounding him as he moved around New York City. Last week, Niall Horan trended on Twitter after he warned that Directioners were putting the lives of Harry and the rest of the band by getting involved in crazy car chases.
The reason that Styles is trending today, though, is much more sinister. Harry and One Direction are due to play a show tonight at the MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford, New Jersey, and some weeks ago, a Twitter user claimed that Harry Styles ruined his sister’s life and claimed that he will kill Harry at tonight’s show.

As Gossip Cop reports Harry’s fans have taken the threat on Styles’ life very seriously, however unlikely the actual threat. As a result, Styles fans have engaged in a campaign to bring the threat to Harry’s attention and are trending the hashtag #HarryBeCareful. The hashtag has been used 250,000 times. No one can accuse directioners of being complacent when it comes to Harry’s safety.
The Twitter account used to make the threats to Styles used the user name @DTAustin21, and has been banned, and the original posts were removed — but the warped user has created a number of additional accounts to continue to make threats. According to OK! Magazine, One Direction fans opened a Twitter account “to try and get as many people in this fandom as possible to help Harry, his bodyguards etc, to know about this.”
The users said “we don’t know if Harry will get hurt or not, but we never know what will happen. We all want Harry to be safe.” Of course, the likelihood is that Harry is in absolutely no more danger than he is at any show. Anyone who intended serious harm to Styles or his band-mates is unlikely to advertise the fact prior to the event. Forewarning Styles security team is unlikely to aid any harmful intent.
That said, Directioners are taking no chances when it comes to Harry’s security. Twitter user @kamkitty8 summed it up when she said that the whole One Direction fandom is part of Harry Styles security team.

The twisted individual who threatened Harry Styles is probably just another internet troll, but Harry’s fans seem prepared to go to any lengths to ensure his safety.
