Corey Simms Claims His Daughters Hide During Leah Messer And Jeremy Calvert’s Fights

Corey Simms is concerned for his daughter’s well-being. Throughout the sixth season of Teen Mom 2, Simms has expressed his frustrations with his ex-wife, Leah Messer, who appears to be neglecting her parental duties. And now, their tension has reached an all-time high.

On August 4, Starcasm shared a sneak peek at Thursday’s new episode, which features Corey Simms and Messer on the phone with one another, arguing back and forth about their daughters. When the clip begins, Messer explains that because her daughter, Aleeah, is home sick from school, she is unable to take her other daughter, Ali, to physical therapy. She then travels back home, where she and her friend, Amber, spend time painting the girls’ nails, including Aleeah’s.

A short time later, Messer calls Corey Simms, telling him that while she considered having him spend more time with their daughters during the week, she decided against the idea, claiming the girls need stability during the week.

“And you think your place is stable?” Corey Simms asks.

“I mean, I know for a fact they haven’t been where they’re supposed to be. I know they’re late for school every day. I know that Ali didn’t go to therapy today… They tell me how you say the f word all the time. How’s that for a mother? How they say you and Jeremy fight so bad that they have to hide in the laundry room? And that they’re scared?”

Corey Simms is clearly upset with his ex-wife, and concerned for their girls, but Messer claims his allegations are all lies, and refers to him as a “stupid piece of s***” before hanging up the phone.

As the Inquisitr previously reported, Corey Simms spoke out about Teen Mom 2, and his ex-wife, Messer, during a rare interview with fans last week. During the Facebook Q&A, via Starcasm, Corey Simms first addressed Messer’s multiple divorces.

“I’d say it will be very hard on her to do all that. That’s why I’m trying my best to help her out in such a stressful time. Got to do what’s best for them babies.”

Corey Simms also spoke of his issues with Messer, as well as their ongoing co-parenting struggles.

“The hardest thing about co-parenting with Leah would have to be that we have different approaches on how to raise the girls. We often don’t see eye to eye.”
