NeNe Leakes Discusses Eating Habits After Bikini Photo Garners Hateful Comments?
NeNe Leakes shared a photo on Twitter yesterday, which featured the former Real Housewives of Atlanta star in a skimpy yellow bikini. In the photo, NeNe Leakes looked thinner than ever, and right away, fans applauded her appealing frame. At the same time, however, the reality star appeared to receive some backlash about her eating habits, which she later addressed.

On August 4, NeNe Leakes took to her official blog, where she shared the following message with her many fans.
“The other day I posted a pic in my swimwear and for those of you who don’t know but have only formed opinions from TV I’ve never been a big eater! I’m more of a picker and have a bad habit of working all day and NOT eating which hasn’t worked in my favor (I’m learning tho) I continue to eat small portions but I’ve learned to delete a lot of sugars from my diet and I’m a BIG fan of vitamins! I take all kind! It does a body good PS: that swimwear pic was me on cocktails & lots of food hunni! I been eating for days on this vaca. Catch me when I’m not.”
Judging by her blog post, NeNe Leakes received just as many hateful comments as she received good. Luckily, she doesn’t seem to be letting haters get her down, and that could be because of upcoming ABC debut. While NeNe Leakes quit her gig with Bravo earlier this year, she recently signed a deal to appear on the game show reboot of To Tell The Truth, which will air on ABC.
As the Inquisitr previously reported, NeNe Leakes and her former Real Housewives of Atlanta co-star, Kim Zolciak, landed their own reality spinoff, The Road to Riches, earlier this year. However, weeks later, according to TMZ, the show was canceled before production began, reportedly due to scheduling conflicts. Although TMZ claimed there was a slight possibility the show would move forward in the future, it had been taken off of Bravo’s production lineup.
In addition to NeNe Leakes’ busy career, her would-be co-star, Zolciak, a longtime friend of Leakes, is also quite busy with her own career, which includes her and her family’s Bravo spinoff, Don’t Be Tardy, which premieres its fourth season later this month.
