Taylor Swift ‘Vanity Fair’: Singer Gets Sexy & Glam, Reveals Laid-Back Attitude About Friends & Dating [Photos]

Taylor Swift is sizzling on the cover and inside the pages of Vanity Fair magazine. The often-modest singer is glamming up for a super sexy photo shoot for the fashion magazine’s annual “Style” issue.

Swift, 25, graced the September issue of Vanity Fair. The singer looks different with her longer, blonde, Old Hollywood hairstyle and soft waves, which she rocks in the pages of the magazine. On the cover, Swift wears a black boyfriend blazer, a white blouse, black pants, and a black tie. She also wears her signature red lipstick and diamond dangle earrings.

The black-and-white styled photo shoot was shot by Mario Testino. Inside, the magazine the Swift is photographed in a variety of sexy outfits, including a sparkly silver zebra print gown with a high slit and a plunging black dress with another dangerously high slit that almost exposes her behind. The photo shoot is a different departure from Swift’s typical fairytale or trendy, yet casual, photo shoots.

Taylor Swift doesn’t just go glam. She always talks about her new laid-back approach to friendships and dating. Taylor is aware that some of her friends have dated her exes and vice-versa. She doesn’t let men come in between their friendships.

“We even have girls in our groups who have dated the same people. It’s almost like the sisterhood has such a higher place on the list of priorities for us. It’s so much more important than some guy that it didn’t work out with… Now more than ever we need to be good and kind to each other and not judge each other — and just because you have the same taste in men, we don’t have that against each other.”

It’s no wonder why Swift and has no problem with hanging out with Gigi Hadid and Joe Jonas. Swift and the JoBro dated for just a few short months in 2008. She even wrote the song “Last Kiss” about their very brief relationship and breakup. Meanwhile, Gigi Hadid has been featured in Harris’ sexy new music video for “How Deep Is Your Love.”

Although the singer-songwriter didn’t open up about her relationship with DJ Calvin Harris, she did reveal what she was looking for in her next relationship since being single for nearly two years.

“I swore I would never ever get in another relationship if it meant changing who I was, or taking me out of that mode where my friends are everything to me. That was the way I decided to go on with my life: Not looking for anything, not necessarily being open to anything, but only being open to the idea that, if I found someone who would never try to change me, that would be the only person I could fall in love with. Because, you know, I was in love with my life.”

Swift also explained the type of guy she was looking for. It sounds like the singer was looking for someone who’s a little different from her, yet complements her at the same time.

“If you’re a people pleaser, like most of us are, you try to adapt to what signals that person is giving off. It’s not about changing the fact that you’re a people pleaser; it’s about finding someone who is not critical. That can be the most painful thing: Trying to love someone who is critical in their nature.”

Calvin must tick all the right boxes, just like Taylor does for him. The “Bad Blood” singer has been dating the “Summer” DJ and producer since March, 2015, and it already looks like their relationship is going strong. Rumors are swirling that Calvin wants to propose to Taylor, but the couple has not yet confirmed nor denied the allegations. Calvin has addressed in previous interviews that he ignores the constant rumors about their relationship.

The full interview isn’t out yet, but it’s been reported Swift talks about befriending Kanye West, her alleged feud with Katy Perry, and her open letter to Apple.
