Jada Pinkett Smith Tweets About Will Smith’s Facebook Divorce Post: ‘My King Has Spoken’

Well, Will Smith and Jada Pinkett-Smith are certainly a busy duo on Monday on social media. Will and Jada are doing all they can to clear up divorce rumors that bubbled up so loudly that Will took to Facebook to address those viral divorce rumors.

As reported by the Inquisitr, Smith used Facebook to shut down those divorce rumors lickety-split with a post that quickly went viral. It was posted to Will’s Facebook page on August 3 at approximately 4:30 p.m. ET. In the now-viral Facebook post, Smith let his Facebook followers know that if he ever decided to divorce Jada — his “queen” of a wife of 17 years — he’d let his fans know himself.

“Under normal circumstances, I don’t usually respond to foolishness. (Because it’s contagious) But, so many people have extended me their ‘deepest condolences’ that I figured – ‘What the hell… I can be foolish, too!’ So, in the interest of redundant, repetitious, over & over-again-ness… Jada and I are…NOT GETTING A DIVORCE!!!!!!!!!!!!! : -)

“I promise you all – if I ever decide to divorce my Queen – I SWEAR I’ll tell you myself! ?#?Dumb? People Should Have to Wear Scarlet D’s”

About one minute later, Jada took to her Twitter page @jadapsmith to let fans know that the man of the house, the king of the castle, had spoken and given his final word about the divorce rumors plaguing the couple.

“My king has spoken.”

TMZ re-tweeted Jada’s tweet about Will’s statement saying they aren’t getting divorced. The publication also noted Smith’s original Facebook post urging divorce rumor mongering folks to stop the foolishness.

The reaction from folks on Twitter about Jada’s tweet calling Will her king, who had spoken like a ruler giving a final edict to end all the divorce talk foolishness, is coming in rapid-fire succession. It also represents a varied amount of opinions.

The reactions range from those who still believe the couple are divorcing to those who are making a joke out of the false divorce rumors shut down by Will and Jada once more.

The live Twitter reactions via a search for the name “Jada” display just how much their fans love the married couple, and they hope indeed Will and Jada can hold their marriage together in a Hollywood-land whereby divorce news is often rampant.

Plus, fans are excited that the Smith children won’t have to suffer through the devastation that a divorce can bring upon an entire family.
