Beyonce suffered a rare wardrobe malfunction as she stepped out of a car to board a helicopter as she made her way to the Hamptons to spend some quality time with Jay-Z and her adorable daughter, Blue Ivy. As the “Single Ladies” star stepped out of her chauffeured SUV, out of nowhere, a gust of ocean breeze caused a checkered shirt tied daintily around her waist to lift up and expose her buttocks, reports The Mirror.
Beyonce shrugged off the wardrobe malfunction like the pro she is, and simply reached down to cover herself up again as she continued to her helicopter. Beyonce kept it casual with a black leotard and nude fishnet stockings under the shirt, and looked as great as always in a denim jacket and purple high top sneakers, reports Radar Online. Wardobe malfunctions happen to everyone, including Beyonce!
This isn’t the first wardrobe malfunction poor Beyonce has had to put up with. In February 2015, Beyonce was supposed to attend the Los Angeles presentation of Tom Ford’s Autumn/Fall collection for women. Unfortunately, Beyonce “had a huge wardrobe malfunction at the show. Her dress ripped all the way up the back and she had to run backstage to find something else to wear.”
According to Us Weekly, Beyonce tried to get the dress fixed, but to no avail. A source close to the star revealed that “the people back there couldn’t get it fixed in time, so she had to miss the show. Beyonce was so embarrassed, [but] she was really cool about it.” Another source said, “She was the latest person to the show and only caught the last few minutes of” the Tom Ford show.
In September 2014, Beyonce had a wardrobe malfunction when performing at the Global Citizen Festival in New York with husband Jay-Z. During that performance, the chest on her Dolce & Gabbana jumpsuit popped open due to a tear, revealing the nude bra Beyonce had underneath.
Despite the embarrassing wardrobe malfunctions, Beyonce’s enviable life is coveted by an unlikely person – Michelle Obama. As previously reported by the Inquisitr, Michelle said in an Instagram interview that if she could be anyone, she would be Beyonce. “Gosh. If I had some gift, I’d be Beyonce, I’d be some great singer…It looks like musicians just have the most fun,” Michelle reportedly said in a 2012 interview with People magazine.
