Gwyneth Paltrow Shows Her Love Of Rap By Launching Her Line Of High-End Clutch Purses, But Makes One Massive Mistake

Gwyneth Paltrow never ceases to amaze us, does she?

According to Pedestrian, after the American actress recently undertook the challenge to live like a destitute for a week (and failed spectacularly), now she is back to her well-heeled world of make-believe fantasies. Recently, Gwyneth Paltrow launched a chic line of clutch purses on her lifestyle website Goop, and from what we have seen so far, it appears she has got an eye for fashion.

Yes, if you didn’t already know, Gwyneth Paltrow, besides being an actress and an heiress, also runs her line of cosmopolitan fashion accessories. And now she has added two ultra-luxe clutch purses into the mix, with shiny cursive rap-god names emblazoned into the cover. Gwyneth Paltrow has always had a thing for rap, and now she is showing it.

There’s just one tiny, insignificant detail that Gwyneth Paltrow overlooked in the design of her new purses. These clutch purses, made in collaboration with Edie Parker are all suave and classy (and priced at a whopping $1,700 each!), but she placed Tupac (represented as “Pac”) and Biggie on the same purse, literally! Wasn’t that just the biggest feud in rap history? Not for Gwyneth Paltrow. Because in the next one, she has placed Jay-Z (“Hov”) and Eminem (“Shady”) on the same purse!

Maybe, for all we know, Gwyneth is trying to build bridges here. It could be her way of resolving the long-standing feuds which tore musicians apart. And all this through a line of high-end clutch purses. Maybe our Gwyneth Paltrow is exactly what the music world needs.

But, as the folks over at Refinery29 pointed out, we would like to remind Gwyneth about something.

“All shade aside, we like Edie Parker bags, we like hip-hop, we like cursive, and we like Eminem, Jay Z, Tupac, and Biggie… but if we may use a metaphor that Paltrow will understand: Just because you like kale and buttercream frosting doesn’t mean you should put them both in the same green juice.”

Well, we will leave Gwyneth Paltrow to decide on that one. One thing we cannot take away from Gwyneth, however, is her love for 90s hip-hop, as you can check out in this video where she raps “Straight Outta Compton.”

We would like to wish Gwyneth Paltrow all the best for her new line of clutch-purses. Maybe it will just take a couple of Gwyneth Paltrow’s clutch purse designs for the feuds to finally end.
