Norman Reedus And Andrew Lincoln Grab Each Other’s Butts In Bromantic ‘Walking Dead’ Photo
Norman Reedus and Andrew Lincoln took their Walking Dead bromance to an epic new level in a photo that’s making Rickyl fans go wild.
Norman Reedus and Andrew Lincoln recently chatted with Entertainment Weekly about Season 6 of The Walking Dead, and the men most likely to survive the zombie apocalypse posed for a picture that confirms that their bromance is still going strong. The photo features Norman and Andrew grabbing each other’s behinds while they walk behind Walking Dead costar Melissa McBride. Melissa turned around just in time to catch the guys in the act.

According to Entertainment Weekly, Andrew Lincoln kept giggling while they were doing the photo shoot on The Walking Dead‘s old prison set. It was eventually discovered that Norman Reedus was picking on his old pal by trying to hold his hand while Dan Winters snapped the cover shot for the entertainment magazine. Photo editor Michele Romero then convinced the guys to give fans of The Walking Dead a very special behind-the-scenes look at what was going on.
“Reedus knows how to make a great picture and also likes to give great imagery to his fans, so I asked the trio if we could shoot them from behind, and then I told Melissa McBride to turn her head towards the camera. They all complied, and then Reedus and Lincoln gave us something a little extra—taking their bromance to a whole other level.”
Interestingly, this isn’t the first butt-related antic that Norman Reedus and Andrew Lincoln have engaged in. During an interview with the Boston Herald, Norman confessed that his costar has seen his bare bottom.
“Andrew Lincoln is definitely my BFF,” Reedus revealed. “During one scene last year when he crawled out of the window, I was at the bottom with my pants down, mooning him.”
The photo below shows Andrew Lincoln trying to keep a straight face for the EW cover. If you look really hard, you can almost tell that he and Norman Reedus are hiding their boyish grins while they touch fingers behind Melissa McBride’s back.

UPROXX points out that there’s one fictional female who might ship Rickyl harder than any of the many Dixon’s Vixens out there — it looks like Tina Belcher just found some new inspiration for her next friend fiction. However, everyone’s favorite butt-loving Bob’s Burger character would enjoy Entertainment Weekly‘s The Walking Dead promo pic more if the magazine photographed two zombies recreating Rick Grimes and Daryl Dixon’s cheeky pose.
Some fans of The Walking Dead just can’t get enough of Norman and Andrew’s legendary bromance, and the guys love talking about it. As the Inquisitr previously reported, Norman has revealed that he likes to tell Andrew how much he loves him while they’re shooting “really intense” scenes. However, Andrew doesn’t usually return the sentiment — he uses Negan’s favorite word when he responds to Norman’s affection.
