‘Teen Mom 2’ Preview: Kailyn Lowry Admits To ‘Rushing’ Into Marriage, Having A Baby

In a new Teen Mom 2 preview, Kailyn Lowry is seen driving with Isaac in the back of her car as she chats on the phone with a friend. During her conversation, Lowry, who wed in 2012, is seen admitting that she and her husband, Javi Marroquin, rushed into marriage — and a baby.

As fans of the show saw, Lowry wed Marroquin at a courthouse in September, 2012, just before he was forced to be out of town for months because of his gig with the Air Force. Once he returned, the couple took part in a second, much more elaborate ceremony, which was attended by many friends and members of their family, and filmed for Teen Mom 2. Just two months later, their first child, son Lincoln, was born.

In the July 30 Teen Mom 2 preview, via Wetpaint Entertainment, Lowry revealed the following to her friend.

“Javi and I just got into a huge fight. I don’t know… I’m so close to just throwing the towel in. I mean, for two or three months now it’s just been constant back and forth. I just want to be happy. We rushed into marriage, we rushed into having another baby, which obviously I love Lincoln to death and I wouldn’t change it, [but] that’s why we’re having problems because we never figured this stuff out prior to getting married. I just don’t know what he expects. That it would be perfect?”

Although Marroquin was not seen in the Teen Mom 2 preview, he has been vocal about their issues in the past, and despite his trust issues, he wants to make it work with his wife.

As the Inquisitr previously reported, Marroquin and Lowry’s relationship troubles were also seen in a separate Teen Mom 2 preview. In a clip shared by Design & Trend, Marroquin acknowledged their issues, and told his wife he was determined to find a solution for their problem, because he simply couldn’t live with the thought of waking up without his family at his side. Luckily, that is exactly what happened.

During an interview with Us Weekly, shared prior to the Teen Mom 2 preview, Lowry explained, “Ultimately we made it through. I just think it was trying to get on the same parenting page with Lincoln, and Lincoln was probably only 6 months old [at the time], and I think it was easier for me to make friends in Delaware, because I would go to my breastfeeding support group, CrossFit, stuff like that. And for him, he’s at work all day.”

To see how the Teen Mom 2 preview ends, tune into Season 6 tonight at 10 p.m. on MTV.
