Brown Autopsy Planned To Figure Out Why Victim Was Lying Facedown In Tub Like Her Mother Whitney Houston

A Brown autopsy planned to figure out victim’s lying facedown in tub – would reflect the onus on the Fulton County Medical Examiner’s Office of Atlanta, Georgia, on Monday, July 26, to fully explain Bobbi Kristina Brown’s death on Sunday. The way her mother Whitney Houston had died facedown in a bathtub three years ago seemed to resurface last January 31, when Bobbi Kristina was found lying facedown without a pulse in her own bathtub. Rushed to the hospital and put on life-support, Bobbi Kristina survived without brain function until her final moments at the age of 22. She died surrounded by family at the Peachtree Christian Hospice in Duluth, Georgia.

Regarding its initial autopsy results, the medical examiner’s office gave a press release on Monday.

“The autopsy does not show an obvious underlying cause of death and no significant injuries were noted. No previously unknown medical conditions that could have contributed to death were identified.”

It indicated that a ruling would take several weeks, since a long hospital stay means a lot of medical records to go through. The agency has ordered lab tests and issued subpoenas for documents relevant to cause and manner of death.

Bobbi Kristina’s live-in partner Nick Gordon, 25, is among several people under police scrutiny because of the couple’s alleged tumultuous relationship. Also under investigation is Max Lomas, Bobbi Kristina’s ex-boyfriend who found her unconscious in the bathtub of her townhome last January 31.

According to Mirror, 27-year-old Jerod Brown, Bobbi Kristina’s cousin, spoke on behalf of the Brown and Houston families.

“This is going to play out in the judiciary system, we will find out who is responsible for Bobbi Kristina’s death and we won’t stop until they are prosecuted. We have gathered evidence around the situation that we and the police have, whoever did this to her is going to be found out and dealt with in court. We will make sure of that. Nick is one person who is being looked at but there are others, we don’t know who did it but we will leave it to the police and the justice system to find out, and make sure they do.”

The child of divorced parents Whitney Houston and Bobby Brown (of rhythm and blues fame), Bobbi Kristina grew up with Nick Gordon, three years her senior and an orphan her mother had adopted.

Whitney Houston’s demise three years ago left Bobbi Kristina a $20 million inheritance held in a spendthrift trust designed to prevent predators and creditors from exercising undue influence over her and seek to benefit from her resources and celebrity.

Four years ago when she was 18, Bobbi Kristina went public about an ongoing romance with Gordon. In response to tabloids accusing them of incest, they posted defiant messages online about their relationship.

According to MSN, Bobbi Kristina’s court-appointed representative accused Gordon on June 24, of assault, battery, inflicting emotional distress, unjust enrichment and conversion. The complaint was part of a suit against Gordon for misrepresenting his relationship with Bobbi Kristina. It accused him with being violent toward her and withdrawing over $11,000 from her account during her medically induced coma.

MSN indicated that Fulton County District Attorney Paul Howard expressed his interest in reviewing the investigative file to determine whether any charges will be filed.

A complete report on the Brown autopsy will decide what is to be planned next.
