Ashton Kutcher Releases Racist Viral Dating Video

Perhaps Ashton Kutcher is getting bored with his other ventures in between going on weekend outings with rumored friends with benefits/costar Mila Kunis. Now the actor has decided to be the president of pop culture for Popchips.

In the video Kutcher answers the tabloids surrounding his love life since split from wife Demi Moore by stealing a page out of their book with a viral dating campaign video, which seems to advertise a dating service more than it does the chips. The video which advertises a fake company called World Wide Lovers, offers to hook people up in the same fashion as eHarmony and Match.com.

Ashton Kutcher, 34, is seen as different applicants looking for love, including a biker, a flamboyant version of what can only be described as Karl Lagerfeld, a Bob Marley-esque hippie, and Raj, a racist depiction of an Indian man complete with flash in the pan jokes and an exaggerated accent.

At the end of the video Ashton is seen as himself turning the camera on his celebrity persona who’s also trying to look for love.

To further the joking nature of the campaign front, worldwidelovers.com redirects to a Facebook application that lets people match their friends with each other–a typical “matchmaker” application.

It is said that the Popchips/dating theme will take outdoors by storm with billboards in the areas of New York, Los Angeles, and Denver markets.

What do you think about this viral video? Is it just silly or has Ashton Kutcher gone too far?
