Nick Gordon: Bobbi Kristina’s ‘Husband’ To Be Arrested For Murder Charges Following Autopsy Report?
Bobbi Kristina’s death could end with police having Nick Gordon arrested for murder charges based upon the results from the autopsy report. Experts believe this evidence will determine what happens next, but already lawsuits have been filed against Bobbi Kristina’s “husband.”
In a related report by the Inquisitr, plans for Bobbi Kristina’s funeral already has the family arguing.
The exact marriage status of Bobbi Kristina’ husband has long been in question. Years ago, Whitney Houston informally adopted Gordon, and Bobbi and Nick once referred to each other as brother and sister. This relationship apparently changed to girlfriend and boyfriend and by January of 2014, the two announced they were married.
The family did not agree. Patricia Houston obtained a restraining order against Gordon effective through April of 2015. Bobbi Kristina Brown’s father, Bobby Brown, also officially declared they were never married in the first place back in February of 2015.
The reason that Nick Gordon is a primary suspect in any potential murder investigation is because Gordon and a friend, Max Lomas, were the first to discover Bobbi face down in the bathtub. Investigators consider this detail troubling since Gordon and Bobbi Kristina were allegedly estranged at the time. In addition, TMZ reports that police found bruises on Bobbi Kristina’s face and body.
Some reports claim the Georgia Bureau of Investigation has been holding having Nick Gordon arrested for murder until Bobbi Kristina Brown’s death. This way, police could elevate the charges.
“There are reports that Nick Gordon was engaged in a pattern of abuse with Bobbi Kristina Brown and had beaten her and verbally abused her on many occasions,” the report claimed. “This last time, he is alleged to have knocked out two of her teeth and is responsible for her ending up face down in the bathtub at her Georgia condo.”
The District Attorney is apparently looking very closely at Bobbi Kristina’s boyfriend based upon this information. With Bobbi Kristina dead, a lawsuit will also prevent Nick Gordon from profiting from her death. Bobbi’s conservator, Bedelia Hargrove, filed a civil lawsuit which accused Gordon of physical abuse against Bobbi Kristina, as well as stealing more than $11,000.
“[The lawsuit] will block him from future earnings. If he goes to write a book or a tell-all, that will block that. Stop that,” Kevin Frazier of Entertainment Tonight claimed. “Number two, unfortunately when she finally passes away, everything will change from a beating to a murder investigation. Then the charges will be very different if it’s a murder investigation.”
At this point, the future of Gordon is largely dependent upon Bobbi Kristina’s autopsy report. Dr. Cyril Wecht, a forensic pathologist, previously said if Bobbi Kristina “was beaten and there was evidence of that beating, the autopsy will show how she sustained a brain injury causing the brain to swell.” In addition, a law enforcement source claimed the autopsy could lead to Nick Gordon’s arrest, “and the evidence from the postmortem exam can be presented to a grand jury.”
