Brace Yourselves: ‘Pitch Perfect 2’ Bloopers Are Here, Blu-Ray Gag Reel Is Aca-Comical

Just when you thought Pitch Perfect 2 couldn’t be funnier, here are a list of bloopers from the movie to make you think again. If you don’t want to see a lot of Rebel Wilson’s (Fat Amy’s) tongue, Anna Kendrick (Beca) making weird faces, or Brittany Snow (Chloe) just plain bursting into uncontrollable laughter, these bloopers probably aren’t for you. You’ve been warned.

People Magazine discovered that the Blu-Ray release of Pitch Perfect 2 includes never-before-seen performances by everyone’s favorite A cappella group, the Barden Bellas, plus a look at the relationship between Bumper and Fat Amy. Mostly, we’re just here for Ana Kendrick’s weird yet hilarious face making, though.

You can snag the Blu-Ray edition of Pitch Perfect 2 starting Sept. 1, and the DVD version will be available on September 22, as MTV.com discovered. There have been rumors that a third Pitch Perfect is in the works, but nothing substantial has broken on that just yet. If you can’t wait for Pitch Perfect 2 to come to Blu-Ray, you can always reminisce about seeing the movies by listening to the various Pitch Perfect playlists on Spotify, including the Pitch Perfect 2 soundtrack.

In all fairness, Princess Charlotte probably can’t remix music like Beca can in Pitch Perfect. All feuds aside, you’ll want to check out this blooper reel. It may not be as funny as the movie itself, but hopefully it will tide you over until you can get your hands on a DVD or Blu-Ray of Pitch Perfect.

Just in case the bloopers aren’t enough to sell you, Wikipedia discovered that there is a target exclusive version of Pitch Perfect with special features you won’t find anywhere else. The target exclusive of Pitch Perfect 2 will be available the same day as the original DVD; however, you can pre-order the target exclusive now. Some of the target exclusive featurettes include an inside look at Das Sound Machine, dance auditions for Pitch Perfect, and a look at the props used on set.
