While Bravo has yet to confirm whether Claudia Jordan will return for season 8 of The Real Housewives of Atlanta, it has confirmed that she, along with Cynthia Bailey, will appear on another show that airs on the network. On Thursday, Claudia excitedly tweeted that she and Cynthia will be seen in an episode of Below Deck.

Bravo describes Below Deck as a series that “follows a group of crew members living and working aboard ‘Eros,’ a 161′ mega-yacht during the charter season in the Bahamas.” Season 3, which will feature five returning cast members and five new ones, premieres on Tuesday, August 25. The promo shows Cynthia and Claudia arriving on the yacht. When one crew member asks another who they are, he tells her they’re from Real Housewives.
As for Claudia’s fate as an Atlanta housewife, that remains unclear. As previously reported by the Inquisitr in late June, in contrast to reports stating that she has been fired after being on the show for only one season, Claudia said that she’s not sure if she’ll return and that both she and Bravo have things to consider.
Prior to Bravo’s airing of the Real Housewives of Atlanta 100th episode special last week, Claudia posted several Instagram posts that reminded her followers to tune in. In response to one person who expressed disbelief that she won’t be returning, Claudia implied that they haven’t.
“wave_dance: I can’t believe they took you off the Housewives! I mean you were the one that kept it real! claudiajordan: @wave_dance they did?”
Two people who believe that Claudia should stay on the show are Cynthia Bailey and Kenya Moore. In an interview with Real Mr. Housewife in early July, Cynthia said that Claudia is great for the show.
“I thought she was a great addition to the show. She’s fearless and she’s 100% real and I don’t think there’s anyone else on the show like Claudia Jordan. I think she’s uniquely herself. It’s great to show different, strong personalities, and I thought she was definitely a breath of fresh air.”
Cynthia added that it’s not a sure thing that Claudia is gone.
“I still think it’s a little too early to say if Claudia Jordan is officially gone to be honest. We haven’t started filming yet and the process has been a little unpredictable in the past couple of years. Claudia came on as a friend and ended up being a Housewife.”
Kenya Moore also voiced her support for Claudia Jordan. In early July, Kenya tweeted that she can’t confirm Claudia’s fate on the The Real Housewives of Atlanta but can say that she deserves to stay.
