Reality Star Leah Messer Speaks Out Amid ‘Teen Mom 2’ Backlash Over Parenting

Reality star Leah Messer returned to Facebook on July 23, where she encouraged fans to tune into the new episode of Teen Mom 2. Unfortunately, Messer was quickly met with backlash over her questionable parenting choices and treatment of her husband, Jeremy Calvert.

“Who’s watching ?#?TeenMom2??! ?#?AAASisters?.”

In response to the reality star’s message, fans weighed in with comments, including those below:

“Leah them little girls should be in bed by 8 830 when they go to school 9 on weekends there to little to be staying up until 12 and getting up by 7.”

“Leah and Jeremy should really be wearing seat belts especially since you too are arguing and driving. Anything can happen even without a distraction like that going on. And even poor Aleeah wasn’t buckled up. Come on now, get it together! Safey should ALWAYS be a priority!”

“I vote for Leah to have her ovaries removed, she is not a mother in any shape or form. Doesn’t need to have anymore kids …… she is traumatizing the girls as it is. #birthcontrol4leah.”

As the Inquisitr previously reported, the reality star and her ex-husband Corey Simms’ new wife, Miranda, reportedly went head-to-head during filming on the Teen Mom 2 season 6 reunion earlier this month. According to a report by The Ashley’s Reality Roundup, Miranda, who is typically quite demure and soft-spoken, let loose on the reality star for what she deemed to be “poor” parenting choices.

“[Miranda] is fed up with Leah’s lies and inability to take responsibility for her poor parenting choices.”

The Ashley‘s claimed that despite their many civil moments on Teen Mom 2, Messer and Miranda are not on good terms — and none of Messer’s family likes Miranda. According to the source, the reality star’s family blames Miranda for coming in between Messer’s once-decent co-parenting relationship with Simms.

During the reunion, Miranda reportedly called out the reality star for putting her twins with Simms, 5-year-old Ali and Aleeah, in “potential danger.” Needless to say, everyone watching the two women go at it was left in shock.

As fans saw on the latest episode of Teen Mom 2, the reality star appears to be struggling with her parenting duties to her three daughters. Although Messer does not have a job, she appears to be overworked, and can’t seem to get a handle on her young children.
