‘Big Brother 17’ Spoilers: New Week 5 HOHs Take Over, ‘BB17’ Power Shift Coming?

Big Brother 17 spoilers begin with the fourth houseguest eviction on Thursday, July 23. The BB17 house is now down to just 12 competitors after Audrey Middleton was evicted from the game. A report from fan site Big Brother Network confirms that she was voted out 10-1, with one of the votes against her being a penalty. This came from Audrey violating the “Have Not” rules for the week, where she ate some regular food, slept on the floor, and took hot showers.

It might be surprising to some viewers that Austin Mattleson tossed a vote at John McGuire, giving something for the house to debate about for the next week. Host Julie Chen confirmed what Audrey was receiving that penalty vote for doing, but Audrey again lied about something simple in the house. She tried to tell Vanessa Rousso that Becky Burgess had set her up by cooking her a pizza. It seems that Becky’s efforts to be nice to Audrey have backfired on her.

In addition to the name of the latest evicted houseguest, these Big Brother 17 spoilers provide information on the new Heads of Household. Revealed during the Thursday night episode, Vanessa Rousso and Jackie Ibarra are now in control of the house. This is the second time that Vanessa has won the HOH, and the first time that Jackie has had this shot. Jackie could certainly turn her own game around if she finds a way to stay HOH and get someone powerful voted out of the BB17 house.

As previously reported by the Inquisitr, Liz Nolan, and twin sister Julia Nolan, just need to make it through one more eviction for the Twin Twist to end. If they can keep from going home during the week 5 eviction ceremony, Julia will enter the house and begin playing the game with sister Liz. That could make the alliance that they are a part of (with Shelli Poole, Vanessa Rousso, Clay Honeycutt, and Austin Matelson) even stronger. What will be interesting to see, though, is whether Austin keeps his place in the alliance after formulating a plan to possibly evict Julia in week 6.

The next batch of Big Brother 17 spoilers will include the names of the four nominees that Vanessa and Jackie Ibarra have put on the block. Any BB17 fans want to guess at which HOH is going to nominate John McGuire for the fifth straight week?
