Lisa Vanderpump Is A ‘Manipulator,’ Claims Kim Richards, Relationship With Kyle Remains Strained

Lisa Vanderpump has just been insulted by Kim Richards. Fresh out of rehab, the former Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star spoke to Entertainment Tonight, claiming Vanderpump, the owner of three successful restaurants in Los Angeles, was a “manipulator.”

“[Lisa Vanderpump is] witty, she’s fun, she has a big heart for people she loves, but I think Lisa is… she’s phony,” Richards told Entertainment Tonight, according to a July 23 report.

“Sometimes I felt like [Lisa Vanderpump] was my friend, and you know, I believed her, but in a heartbeat she changes.”

Richards starred alongside Lisa Vanderpump for five seasons on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, but when it comes to Season 6, Richards’ future is unclear. While there have been a number of reports, claiming she’s been fired and won’t appear on the show in any capacity, there have also been rumors she’ll return in a reduced role, much like her friend, Brandi Glanville.

“Housewives has been wonderful for me. I did enjoy doing it at times. We did fun things. And other days, it was just completely stressful.”

Although Richards’ relationship with Lisa Vanderpump hasn’t made any progress in recent months, her relationship with sister Kyle appears to be getting better. While the two women’s relationship remains strained, Richards confirmed they are now “talking.”

“She came to Brooke’s wedding, and that was actually the first time I had seen her in six to seven months. So that was a little hard.”

As the Inquisitr previously reported, Lisa Vanderpump weighed in on Richards’ arrest and addiction troubles following her April 16 arrest. During an interview with Radar Online, Lisa Vanderpump discussed Richards’ stress on the show.

“A reality show should document your reality. It shouldn’t be the reason you drink and the show should not be what keeps you sober… I chose to stay out of the whole scenario this season because I was already in that whole situation two years ago when I questioned Kim’s sobriety. I didn’t want to go there again. Most importantly is that Kim gets the help she needs. I wish her well. That is all I want for her and all that the cast wants as well.”

Lisa Vanderpump and the Season 6 cast of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills recently began filming the show’s upcoming season in Los Angeles. She and Richards’ sister, Kyle, also shot scenes for the show in Europe earlier this month.
