Even though a few full videos and clips of Dr. Phil’s famous interview with Bobbi Kristina Brown’s boyfriend, Nick Gordon, remain online, most videos of the episode have been pulled off of YouTube and other video sites in the United States this week.
Although unconfirmed at this point, CBS Television Distribution, with Peteski Productions, have allegedly blocked people from viewing the March episode of the Dr. Phil show online, in which an inebriated Gordon professes his love for Bobbi Kristina while struggling to sit still and form coherent sentences.
Neither Dr. Phil nor any of his representatives have commented on removing the episode, nor have they said why it’s being removed.
Yet, Gordon is facing an upcoming civil trial, in which he’s accused of physically abusing and stealing from Bobbi Kristina. It may be possible that the episode was requested to be pulled by Gordon’s lawyers due to the upcoming court case and potential jury pool contamination.
A preview of the episode is still available on the official Dr. Phil website, but the only way to watch the entire episode now is to view it through third parties that uploaded it. These uploads are generally of low quality and will not reflect the high-quality format of most Dr. Phil episodes.
Regardless of the reasons why the episode is being blocked, the strange encounter and interview with Gordon gave Dr. Phil his highest ratings since November, 2013, per preliminary numbers.
Meanwhile, Pat Houston, 55, was spotted at Bobbi Kristina’s Roswell, Georgia, townhouse today. Apparently, Pat Houston was cleaning the townhouse, clearing it of everything aside from Whitney Houston memorabilia, which includes pictures, awards, and music. An undisclosed source informed US Weekly that the remainder of the items in the townhouse were thrown away.
“She kept all the pictures and Whitney’s platinum and gold album plaques. But she threw everything else out.”
Gordon is still banned from seeing Bobbi Kristina, and more than likely will not have the chance to see her at all. Earlier this year, he reportedly refused to detail in writing exactly what happened on January 31, in an incident that left Bobbi Kristina face-down and comatose in a bathtub full of cold water.
Despite recent rumors of death after a mysterious white tent popped up at the Peachtree Christian Hospice center, where Bobbi Kristina Brown was taken to last month, family members indicate that she is still alive and remains “strong.” No further details were given by the family.
