Tamra Barney Reveals The Future Of CUT Fitness: Is She Still Losing Money?
Tamra Barney decided that she wanted to open a bar or a fitness studio after her divorce from Simon Barney on a previous episode of The Real Housewives of Orange County. Tamra really felt that she lost herself in the marriage and she wanted to create something of her own when she got out on the other side. With the help of Eddie Judge, Tamra decided to open her fitness studio.
On The Real Housewives of Orange County, Tamra Barney shares her journey to open CUT Fitness with her husband. Barney was stressed in the beginning, but it appears to be working out. As Tamra revealed on this week’s episode, things have not gone as smoothly as she had hoped. In fact, Barney contemplated shutting down the business.
According to a new Bravo report, Tamra Barney is now revealing that she struggled a bit in her business, but she isn’t giving up. In fact, Tamra has big plans for the future.
“My dream of opening up and business with my husband wasn’t so easy. We are now going on our third year and it has been a roller coaster. I found out fast that I had a lot to learn about running a business. Eddie had experience in starting a business and knew WAY more than I did (but he still only owns 49% hehe). Eddie lives his days off his calendar and organized spreadsheets and I fly by the seat of my pants. So obviously we would butt heads about things,” Tamra Barney reveals about her business, adding that it was tough to start a business with a new marriage.
It sounds like CUT Fitness may come to a city near you if Tamra Barney’s plans will come to fruition. Barney wants to spread the word about CUT and go into a franchise model.
“CUT Fitness has had its up and downs and so many times I wanted to throw in the towel, but what I have learned is it takes a good three years to get a company off the ground. As CUT Fitness had growing pains so did the Judges! But nothing we couldn’t handle as you will see,” Tamra Barney reveals, while sharing the future of her business studio, “I get a lot of emails and messages on social media about franchising CUT and that is exactly what our plans are.”
Even though it has been tough for Barney to make the business run with her husband, she is still happy with it. It sounds like she isn’t losing as much money as before and is ready to plan ahead for the future. According to the Inquisitr, there have been rumors that Tamra is facing a divorce, but it sounds like those rumors are far from the truth.
