Bethenny Frankel Dishes On Her Therapy Sessions: ‘He Knows Me’
Bethenny Frankel is sharing almost everything on this season of The Real Housewives of New York. The only two things that are off-limits have to do with her estranged husband, Jason Hoppy. Frankel can’t discuss details of her divorce, and her daughter, Bryn, can’t be filmed for the show. Bethenny has done many things to keep Bryn in her life the same amount of time, while making the ladies happy.
But Bethenny Frankel is allowed to film her therapy sessions with Dr. Amadour. Bethenny has been seeing this therapist since before she got married. In fact, her sessions with him were often featured on Bethenny Ever After. These days, it sounds like Frankel enjoys her time with him, because he truly knows her.
According to a new Bravo report, Bethenny Frankel says that she is indeed a complicated person, but she is happy that her doctor truly understands who she is.
“Regarding Doctor Amadour, this man is smart. He knows me. Whatever he says is probably at least somewhat true. I’m a complicated cookie. That is no secret. I’ve had an interesting life and past, and therapy is an amazing tool for owning your stuff, becoming self-aware, and not being alone in your head,” Bethenny Frankel reveals in her blog for the week.
And this week, Bethenny did have plenty to celebrate. It sounds like she has finally found a home for herself and her daughter. In the earlier episodes of this season, Bethenny was desperately looking for an apartment, so she could stop living in hotels.
“I was excited for all of you to see my new apartment, and I can’t wait until you get to see the finished product. I know you will love it. After hearing Carole’s side of the stranger-in-the-bed story, I’ve never felt safer standing in the middle of the road,” Frankel revealed.
And fans are noticing that the single mother’s attitude is changing. According to the Inquisitr, Bethenny Frankel does seem happier these days, even if she isn’t dating Eric Stonestreet. In fact, it is very possible that she isn’t dating anyone these days.
“You look so happy,” one follower wrote in reply to her picture, which had Bethenny reply, “Thank you. I’m happy and relaxed. I fell off the wall & this summer is about putting myself back together.”
