Ryan Vieth Arrested: ‘RHOC’ Star Tamra Judge ‘Embarrassed’, ‘Devastated’ By Son’s Drunken Fight

Tamra Barney Judge’s son, Ryan Vieth, was arrested in late June following a drunken brawl with his fiancée, Sarah Rodriguez, Radar Online is reporting.

Ryan Vieth’s arrest took place June 28, but Radar was only able to break the story this week.

Shortly before midnight on June 27, Rancho Santa Margarita, California, police received a 911 call from a woman who claimed that a male had hit her and possibly broken her finger. The woman was calling from her neighbor’s house, and she declined to elaborate on her injuries, or what led to them, because, she told the 911 operator, her 5-year-old daughter was with her.

Police later arrested 29-year-old Ryan Vieth, oldest son of Real Housewives of Orange County star Tamra Barney Judge, according to Us Weekly.

At the time, Radar reported that Barney was “embarrassed” and “devastated” by her son’s behavior. And according to the Daily Mail, Barney had some choice words about her son’s behavior.

“It’s unfortunate and I’m not happy with either one of them. The reason they got into a fight wasn’t his fault, but he’s trying his hardest to work things out for their daughter.”

However, a recent Instagram post suggests otherwise. On Tuesday, Tamra posted a photo of Abraham Lincoln with the message “Don’t believe everything you read on the internet,” and suggested that her son Ryan’s arrest has been blown out of proportion.

“Thank you for all the positive messages. There are Two sides to every story! What radar onLie didn’t report was: everything was DISMISSED. No CHARGES No violence No injuries. They are still together going through counseling with pastor Mike. They are very hurt that someone would tip off the press and give quotes that are not true. We ask for your prayers, not your judgment.”

Regardless of what Tamara said or didn’t say about her son’s behavior, one thing remains clear: Ryan Vieth has had his share of troubles with the law. In 2011, Vieth’s then-girlfriend, Daniella Kelley, requested and received a temporary restraining order against him — and at the time, Tamra took his side, much like she appears to have done with his most recent arrest.

“It’s heart breaking that this troubled girl who we all cared about and let into our lives is out for her 15 minutes. They broke up months ago and they were BOTH ordered to stay away from each other.”

Ryan Vieth was also arrested in 2009 for failing to pay court fines, and again in 2010 for missing a court appearance.
