Teresa Giudice’s Jersey Shore home auction has just been rescheduled. As the Real Housewives of New Jersey star remains in custody at the Federal Correctional Facility in Danbury, Connecticut, a report has confirmed the auction will not take place until next month.
According to a report on July 21 by NJ.com, Teresa Giudice’s home in Tom’s River was supposed to be put up for auction on Tuesday, but now, the auction has been rescheduled for August 18 at 2 p.m. at the Ocean County Justice Complex administration building, 101 Hooper Ave., Room 119.

Teresa Giudice reportedly purchased the home for $347,000 in 2005, and after renovating it, placed it on the market for $315,000 in 2014. After the home failed to sell, Teresa Giudice removed the listing, and the home went into foreclosure.
Teresa Giudice currently owns two additional homes in New Jersey, one of which is where her family resides. However, their main home, a $2.99 million pad in Montville, is reportedly in pre-foreclosure, meaning the couple may lose that home, as well.
As the Inquisitr previously reported, Teresa Giudice is currently in debt to the government after she and husband Joe pleaded guilty to charges of bank and wire fraud last year, and because of that, much of her Real Housewives of New Jersey salary will be forwarded to the feds to pay off her debt.
Earlier this month, a source confirmed to Radar Online that 25 percent of Teresa Giudice’s Bravo earnings would be go towards her outstanding restitution.
“It is hereby agreed that defendant, Teresa Giudice consents to the following: Sirens Media (producer of RHONJ), Garnishee, shall withhold 25% of any monies held on behalf of, or payable to Teresa Giudice, and pay the sum to the plaintiff … Funds should be made payable by check to, U.S. Treasury, Ref4 13-495 and sent to, United States District Court, Attn: Financial Section, 402 East State St, Trenton, NJ 08608.”
Teresa Giudice is expected to return to The Real Housewives of New Jersey as soon as she is released from custody later this year. Although the Bravo reality series would have normally begun filming already, the network has chosen to wait until closer to her release date to start production. Teresa Giudice’s husband, Joe, is also returning to Bravo in the coming months in a series of his own.
Teresa Giudice will be released from prison on December 23.
