Demi Moore’s House Becomes A Crime Scene After Dead Man Found In Pool

If you were to drive through Beverly Hills, you might find a collection of police cars in front of Demi Moore’s House, which has become a crime scene after a dead man was found in her pool. Crime scene investigators have currently taken over the actress’s family home in order to get to the bottom of the matter.

The preliminary investigation shows that it was just an accident. The 52-year-old actress was out of the country with her two daughters when the terrible incident happened. None of Moore’s family was home at the time.

Apparently, one of Demi’s home employees threw a small party at the home while she was away, and that’s when the accident happened. The dead man in the pool was 21-year-old Edenilson Steven Valle. Valle, who didn’t know how to swim, apparently woke up earlier than the other guests, around 5:30 a.m. Sunday morning, accidentally slipped into the pool, and couldn’t fight his way out of the water.

Demi Moore says that she is in “absolute shock” following the incident. She also released a statement explaining her whereabouts and expressing her sorrow for the family and friends of the young man.

“I was out of the country traveling to meet my daughters for a birthday celebration when I got the devastating news… The loss of a child is an unthinkable tragedy, and my heart goes out to this young man’s family and friends.”

The crime scene investigations are slowly wrapping up, but right now authorities are whispering that there is no foul play expected. They also said that there were five people in the house at the time of the drowning, one of which was Moore’s personal assistant. They state that there was a very limited amount of alcohol involved, indicating an accidental fall into the water.

However, despite the fact there there is no one to blame for the death, it’s very possible that Moore could still be held liable. If Valle’s family decided to sue on the grounds of improper pool safety, Moore could very well lose the battle and pay up.

This isn’t the first report of parties going on while Moore has been out of town. Neighbors have reported that they can hear the sounds of partying several times in the recent weeks while she was away.

Perhaps this party will be the last straw, and Moore will forbid partying at her house while away. After all, when you find a dead man in your pool, it’s not something you can forget or ever want to repeat.
