Corey And Miranda Simms Hang With Jeremy Calvert And Girlfriend Brooke In L.A., Then Takes A Break From Twitter?

Corey and Miranda Simms spent time with Jeremy Calvert and his girlfriend, Brooke, while in Los Angeles over the weekend. Unfortunately, what Simms did while on vacation led to some serious backlash online.

On Friday night, July 17, Corey and Miranda Simms posed for a photo with Calvert and Wehr, and tweeted the photo with the caption,”#LifeAfterLeah @MirandaBridget @Calvert505 @Brookelyn2008.”

Right away, Teen Mom 2 fans slammed Corey and Miranda Simms for kicking his ex-wife, Leah Messer (who is also Calvert’s ex-wife), when she was down. Although Messer admitted to cheating on Simms, which led to the end of their marriage, and was accused of cheating on Calvert, her second husband, fans felt Corey and Miranda Simms should be more sensitive.

Simms, however, didn’t agree, and responded to fans on Twitter with the following comments.

“If you only knew.”

“Honestly I’ve had enough I usually keep my mouth shut and don’t say much but yeah you’ll see.”

Still, Corey and Miranda Simms continued to face backlash as the weekend rolled on, which appeared to lead him to take some time off.

As the Inquisitr previously reported, Corey and Miranda Simms have been targeted online by Messer in the past, but rarely ever comment about her at all. At the end of last year, following a custody hearing which ended in Messer’s favor, Messer took to Twitter, where she alleged Corey and Miranda Simms had a fake relationship.

Below is what Messer wrote about Corey and Miranda Simms on Facebook.

“Things you see on Corey and Mirandas ‘official and APPROVED page’ is far from being true, and all I have to say about it is that they may want to be very WISE about what the post because a marriage that PRETENDS to be PERFECT is NEVER perfect, especially when there is way more not told to a specific spouse, and that’s all I’m going to say. As far as the status on our court hearing… I am very happy with the results and will talk about it very soon. I think the results were in my daughters BEST interest. This is all I’m going to say in regards to all the craziness being post on their page as well as any other page.”
