Manchester United Transfer Rumors: Barcelona’s Pedro Set To For A Move To Old Trafford
Manchester United is preparing an offer to snap up Barcelona’s Pedro before the end of the week. Pedro, 27-years-old, is also keen on moving to the Old Trafford club after losing his spot in the first eleven to Luis Suarez. It is reported that Barcelona will not stand in the Spaniard’s way should he decide to take up the offer from Manchester United.
It is also noted that Manchester United would face little competition for Pedro’s signature with Chelsea manager, Jose Mourinho, ruling out a bid for the forward and Liverpool looking to wrap up their transfer incomings for the rest of the window.

Rumors suggest that manager Louis Van Gaal might switch to a formation allowing Wayne Rooney to lead the forward line with Depay and possibly Pedro flanked on either side.
If it is true we going for Pedro it just kind of gives a big hint to me that a winger (Di Maria probably) is leaving #MUFC

It is also worth mentioning that the deal may just nudge Angel Di Maria to the exit after a poor debut season at Old Trafford. Van Gaal has stated that he hopes the Argentine will fight for his place, however, the Dutch manager also revealed that he would not prevent him from leaving with Paris Saint Germain favorites to sign the winger.
