Alicia DiMichele Returning To ‘Mob Wives’? Drita D’Avanzo Posts A Hint

Is Alicia DiMichele returning to Mob Wives for its sixth season? On Tuesday, long-time cast member Drita D’Avanzo posted a hint that viewers may indeed see Alicia again.

Drita asked Alicia how her return to the show will be. Yet Drita could have just been messing with people’s hopes, since she added that she’s just curious to see everyone’s reaction.

Alicia responded with a cryptic tweet that mentioned dinner for four. Maybe Alicia will be meeting up with her friends from the show, Drita, Natalie Guercio and Angela “Big Ang” Raiola, for dinner soon? Perhaps the dinner will be filmed?

While it’s not clear whether Alicia DiMichele will indeed to returning to Mob Wives or at least make a cameo appearance, it is clear that she’s still good friends with Natalie Guercio, with whom she joined the show on the fourth season as the “new blood” from Philadelphia. The two will be hosting a beach club party next Saturday at Harrah’s Resort in Atlantic City.

As previously reported by the Inquisitr, Natalie said in early June that she was asked back to the show for the sixth season. Alicia told her not to do it.

In an interview with VH1 after part 1 of the Mob Wives season 5 reunion show aired, Alicia said that she doesn’t plan on returning to the show.

“For me and the path that my life has taken since the show I can’t really see a time where me coming back would make sense. I have new goals and aspirations and in order for me to accomplish those goals, I will have to continue to look forward and not backward.”

The return of Karen Gravano, who wasn’t a part of season 4 but returned for season 5, plays a part in Alicia’s decision to stay away from Mob Wives. Karen’s father reportedly ordered the killing of Alicia’s father-in-law. During the season 5 reunion show, Karen said that Alicia shouldn’t be so upset about what happened to her father-in-law since she never even met him. Alicia made clear in her interview with VH1 that Karen’s comment was out of line.

“I don’t blame Karen for what her father did. Karen can only be held accountable for her own words and actions [like] how nonchalantly she spoke of my father-in-law’s murder, as if it was not a tragedy for my family. To think that just because I never met my son’s grandfather that I would not be personally affected by that event is ridiculous. All of the stories of his life that have been shared with my children and me have all painted him as a wonderful person and it makes me sad to know that my children and I never had the chance to meet him. I made the choice to remove myself from the show and that drama because my family and my business mean way more to me than being on television.”
