Bravo Star Kim Richards Attended Pre-Trial Hearing After Rehab?

Bravo star Kim Richards’ case was seen in court on Thursday, just days after the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star left rehab. According to a report by the Ledger Gazette on July 17, Richards was expected to appear in front of a judge regarding the pre-trial motions, stemming from her April 16 arrest at the Beverly Hills Hotel.

During an interview after the arrest, the Bravo star admitted to suffering an alcohol relapse earlier this year and revealed she had drank vodka prior to her arrest. Once she arrived at the Beverly Hills Hotel, Richards drank more alcohol and was cut off by the bartender, much to her dismay. After becoming a disturbance to guests and refusing to leave the hotel’s Polo Lounge, police were called.

In the end, the Bravo star was charged with public intoxication, resisting an officer (for refusing to come out of a bathroom when asked), trespassing, and battery on an officer (for kicking a cop once she was taken into custody).

As the Inquisitr previously reported, the Bravo star left rehab over the weekend and failed to attend a number of outpatient therapy sessions in the days since. According to a Radar Online report, Richards has done nothing to ensure her sobriety since she left rehab earlier this month.

“Kim has not been back to the center and has not been doing her outpatient therapy. She has already missed four sessions… The rehab program directors are just assuming that Kim isn’t returning to treatment there, and no one is going to chase her down and try to force it on her. She did not get along with hardly anyone there to begin with and when she left she had not even really started her intended program, which was at least three months.”

Because Richards has struggled with addiction for so many years, fans would hope she would be more dedicated to her recovery. Unfortunately, that doesn’t appear to be the case.

As far as her hearing goes, it is unclear if the Bravo star was in attendance, and at this point, no details regarding the charges against her have been released.

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills Season 6 is currently in production, and a number of wives have been seen filming, including Kyle Richards, Lisa Vanderpump, and Lisa Rinna. However, Bravo star Kim Richards was not asked to return to the series for the coming year.
