Jessica Simpson White Swimsuit Shows Off 70-Pound Weight Loss From Vegan Diet & Workouts [Video]

Jessica Simpson bared her body in a white swimsuit that made her look like Pamela Anderson. The Baywatch babe lookalike also flaunted her cleavage in that stunning bathing suit, reported E! News.

To celebrate her 35th birthday, Jessica partied with pals in St. Barts. Simpson chose the slimming white swimsuit on one day, but then of course varied her fashionista favorites during the rest of the trip with 30 friends, plus husband Eric Johnson.

Jessica and Eric have two children, and Simpson has expressed her pride in taking off the post-pregnancy pounds.

When it comes to similarities with Pamela Anderson, it’s not just her cleavage, curves, and poses that makes Jessica such a lookalike. Anderson is a vegan, as the Inquisitr reported.

And so, Simpson also channeled Pamela prior to her wedding by going on a vegan weight loss diet, reported Us Weekly.

“Jessica did a vegan diet for about two weeks leading up to the wedding,” revealed an insider.

Simpson lost weight on that diet, as well as shedding 60 pounds on Weight Watchers. The combination took off 70 pounds from the singer, reported the Daily Mail.

“I work out five days a week: three days with a trainer, doing a mix of strength training and cardio, and then I do cardio on my own the other two days,” shared Jessica. “Somehow I make it work.”

Simpson stepped up her workout game and weight loss prior to her wedding and now is content with her slender figure.

“I’ve slowed down since my wedding,” affirmed Jessica of her positive body image at her current weight. “I worked really hard because I wanted to appreciate being in a wedding gown again. I wanted to enjoy it like I did the first time. But I didn’t have a weight goal; I just wanted to look healthy.”

As for the scoop on Simpson’s white swimsuit? She tends to prefer one-piece styles to bikinis, and is fond of pairing them with sky-high sandals and retro sunglasses. That Pamela Anderson pose was made possible by a swimsuit from bathing suit label Lolli.

Credit Jessica’s trainer, Harley Pasternak, for the workouts that she mentioned, as the Inquisitr reported. As for diet, Harley advises that it’s all right to indulge in treats like birthday cake, just compensate the next day by eating clean.

“Become good friends with your blender. Smoothies are filling and quick to make and clean up,” said Pasternak. “You can’t undo what you did last night, but you can press reset and eat as clean as possible the next day.”
