Michael Douglas: ‘Ant-Man’ Star Jokes About His ‘Big’ Penis After Screening
Actor Michael Douglas may have been a little too honest at a recent Ant-Man screening party – especially since he took one particular interview question “below the belt.”
According to Hollywood Life, the 70-year-old actor opened up with a revealing quip during an interview with George Wayne from Vanity Fair.
Wayne wanted to know the “key to superstardom” used by Michael Douglas for his successful, longtime career on the big-screen. As examples, George referenced the cleft chin of Michael’s father Kirk, as well as the gap in Omar Sharif’s teeth.
That was the moment when Michael Douglas decided to toss his own penis into the conversation.
“I have a big d-ck.”
Clearly, Michael Douglas found a subtle way to remind the world that Paul Rudd is not the only Ant-Man actor with a great sense of humor and comic timing away from the movie set.
Many people might remember Michael’s list of punchlines during his acceptance speech at the 2013 Emmy Awards ceremony. Douglas accepted the award for “Outstanding Lead Actor in a Miniseries or Movie” for his performance in the HBO film, Behind the Candelabra.

While accepting the award, Douglas poked fun at his Candelabra co-star Matt Damon (who played his gay lover) with a list of sexual innuendos.
“Obviously, there is one nominee in particular that I have to really thank. This is a two-hander and Matt…you’re only as good as your other hand. So, I can’t tell you…you were magnificent and the only reason that I’m standing here is because of you. So, you really deserve half of this… Do you want the bottom or the top? Top? I figured that…”
Michael Douglas has been sharing his sense of humor – along with his apparent “key to superstardom” – with Oscar-winning actress Catherine Zeta Jones for over 15 years. The couple started dating in March of 1999 and became husband-and-wife on November 18, 2000.
Even before they started dating, Catherine claims that Michael’s blunt honesty wooed over her. The Romancing the Stone actor told her, “I want to father your children.”
“Months later, we were dating, and I was already in love with him. But there was one thing I had to be sure of. I turned to him and said, ‘Do you really want children?’… I remember saying defiantly, ‘I cannot live without having children.’ And he went, ‘Me too.'”
Michael Douglas was apparently not joking when he spoke those words to his future wife. Michael and Catherine currently have two children together, 14-year-old Dylan Michael and 12-year-old Carys Zeta.
