‘Big Brother 17’ Spoilers: What Is Vanessa Rousso’s Plan In ‘BB17’ House?

Big Brother 17 spoilers from Thursday address what HOH Vanessa Rousso is doing in the BB17 house. Vanessa has all the control this week, especially when former co-HOH Austin Matelson decided to let her become the solo HOH. It didn’t take long for her to start putting a plan in motion. As previously reported by the Inquisitr, that includes working hard to get Jeff Weldon evicted from the BB17 house. He is likely heading home instead of James Huling on the July 16 eviction episode. A report from fan site Big Brother Network indicates that the plan doesn’t end there though.

After a week of maneuvering around through different alliances, it appears that Vanessa Rousso wants a final two with Audrey Middleton and a final three that includes Austin Matelson. This is much different than the alliance that consisted of Liz Nolan, Julia Nolan, Shelli Poole, and Clay Honeycutt. Vanessa has worked hard to create a rift between Austin and Liz that they don’t realize is there yet, and has begun working Austin and Audrey to show them why Shelli and Clay need to be evicted soon as well. None of those people are her next target.

Vanessa has been working hard to start turning people against Steve Moses, something that might be surprising to come out of these latest Big Brother 17 spoilers. While Steve has made it clear he would work with Vanessa, she has started doing behind-the-scenes work to create rifts between him and other houseguests. She is doing this be concocting a story about Steve liking Liz romantically (he doesn’t) in order to get Austin (he likes Liz) to turn on him. It’s working almost too well.

Amid all these side deals and the misinformation that Vanessa is spreading around the house, she may have forgotten that she is out of power in about 24 hours. She will be reliant on two new Heads of Households that could decide she has created too much drama in the house. Vanessa has been working hard at manipulating people into believing her narrative, but has done a good job at not being discovered. If Austin, Steve, or Liz figure it out, though, she might be at risk in the Week 4 eviction.

In a game where alliances can change nightly, this is one season that has seen it happen more often than in the past. Future Big Brother 17 spoilers might focus even more on alliance shifts, with the results of the upcoming HOH competition dictating where changes could happen. It’s about time for an endurance challenge in the BB17 house, so that could be what takes place Thursday night on CBS.
