‘Real Housewives’ Kim Richards Has ‘No Plans’ To Return To Rehab

Real Housewives‘ Kim Richards left rehab over the weekend, and according to a new report, she seemed to do so without completing her treatment program. On July 15, Rumorfix alleged Richards had “quit” rehab, and had “no plans to return.”

According to the site, the Real Housewives star’s latest rehab stint was her third this year. Her first entry into treatment occurred in late May after she was arrested at the Beverly Hills Hotel for being drunk in public, resisting an officer, and kicking an officer. Weeks later, however, Richards left the facility to attend her daughter’s wedding in Mexico. Then, rather than return to treatment, Richards remained out of the country where she allegedly drank more. Once she returned to Los Angeles, the Real Housewives star entered a second treatment facility, but was reportedly kicked out.

As the Inquisitr previously reported, the Real Housewives star’s ex-husband, Monty Brinson, recently spoke out on her behalf. According to an Instagram post earlier this month, Brinson told fans that Richards was now over one month sober, and alleged her decision to get treatment was not done in an effort to remain as a cast member on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.

“Regarding the tabloids with Kim is bull s..t I will only explain a few things. People make mistakes everyone of us including and if you looked in the mirror you would have to say the same. Kim checked into voluntary because she wanted to help herself, no intervention or told her too. I’m proud of her because she 38 days sober. So proud of her for doing it in her own. In the tabloids they say the children have abandoned her which is a complete lie our daughter Brooke and her other children are so proud and by her 100% as well as the regarding the last post was that since everything happen she has been offered multiple things. Its not a comeback she been a actress since she was 4. Regarding the housewives she looked at as just a job everyone else was just looking for fortune and fame…[sic]”

Richards is due in court tomorrow, July 16, to address pending charges against her, stemming from the arrest mentioned. The trespassing charges she received at the time of the incident was ultimately dropped after the hotel failed to pursue charges against her.

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills Season 6 is currently in production.
