Katy Perry Talks Pasta, Italian Travel Dreams After Greece Trip [Photos]
Katy Perry is a busy lady lately. Not only has she become the face of Moschino, but she also graced the cover of Forbes magazine. Of course, Katy has also been tirelessly performing on her Prismatic World Tour.
Perry, 30, took a rest from her tour to travel to Rome to film “a little cameo in a movie.” The “Dark Horse” singer wouldn’t give the details about her new role, but it’s rumored that Perry will star in Zoolander 2. The movie is currently being filmed in the Eternal City, according to MTV News.
In a recent behind-the-scenes video, Katy revealed that she already ate gluten-free pasta twice that day. Although she already took a quick trip to Rome, she would love to visit the Italian countryside. During her dream trip, Katy would go visit the Sistine Chapel and the Vatican City.
“I was just kind of dreaming of having a month or even just a couple of weeks to go throughout all of Italy and see the countryside. It looks so quaint and beautiful and unaffected.”
Perry also revealed that she would like to continue studying. She received her GED at 15 and never had the time to go to college. Perry says she makes up for not learning by visiting museums during her world tour. If she could find the time to go to college, she would major in history.
“If I could go back to school, I would study history. I’d study world history, just to know how people work, and how they evolved, and where we come from. I feel like when you know about what happened in the past you can do better for your future.”

Katy Perry recently took a trip to the Greek Islands with her family. The singer also shared plenty of photos from her exotic vacation in the Mykonos and Santorini on her Instagram page. Katy has been busy traveling on her Prismatic World Tour, so she decided to soak up the sun in the beautiful islands.
The pop singer shared a photo of her pedicure that featured the traditional Greek evil eye symbol. Perry captioned the photo: “Greece, it was love at first sight. Evil eyes of protection painted toes by @nailsbysmh.”
Katy even shared gorgeous shots of the Greek landscape and classic architecture with white cement and blue doors. The performer shared a photo of herself on the balcony with the blue sea behind her. Katy captioned the photo: “Oh my Goddess.”
She even shared a photo of herself posing at the harbor and a video of yacht in the Aegean sea with the following caption: “home sweet home.”
Despite Greek’s economic crisis, the Greek Island is one of the trendiest vacation spots among celebrities. There’s no doubt that Katy Perry’s dream Italian trip and Greece vacation photos are giving her fans major FOMO.
