‘Vanderpump Rules’ Renewed For Fourth Season

Vanderpump Rules will return to Bravo for a fourth season. Following three successful installments of the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills spinoff, Lisa Vanderpump, Jax Taylor, Scheana Marie, and the rest of the crew will soon be featured on the network once again.

On July 13, Variety announced the series’ renewal.

“Lisa Vanderpump’s staff will be returning for another round of mayhem with a fourth season of ‘Vanderpump Rules,’ as Bravo has renewed the ‘Real Housewives of Beverly Hills’ offshoot… The series is currently filming and has been in production throughout the summer.”

Vanderpump Rules began airing years ago after a crossover episode with its predecessor, which featured a meeting between Scheana Marie and Brandi Glanville. During their conversation, which captured over million viewers, Marie answered questions from Glanville regarding her affair with Eddie Cibrian, Glanville’s ex-husband.

At the time, Marie was one of at least two women who had been having an affair with Cibrian. The other woman was country star LeAnn Rimes, whom he later married. According to Marie, she was unaware of Glanville’s relationship with Cibrian. Either way, it made for quite the successful crossover.

When Vanderpump Rules returns for Season 4, Stassi Schroeder, who has been seen on the show since Season 1, will not be seen. As the Inquisitr previously reported, Schroeder claims to have quit the series, although multiple reports have claimed otherwise. During an airing of her Podcast series, Straight Up With Stassi, Schroeder claimed she quit Vanderpump Rules, even though she was a bit scared to do so.

“The decision to leave [Vanderpump Rules] was one of the hardest decisions I’ve ever had to make, and it’s been something that I have deliberated over for two entire years now. I was so proud of myself when I actually came to a point in my life where I felt confident enough, not just as a woman, but as a person, to be able to say that I’m going to walk away from a lot of financial security. I’m going to walk away from fame. I’m going to walk away from opportunities to do other things, all because I don’t want to be in a situation that doesn’t make me happy.”

No word on why Schroeder didn’t announce her exit from Vanderpump Rules at the time she actually quit, which was just weeks after the season three reunion in March.
