ISIS Blow-Up Baby Wired With Explosives As Part Of Training Exercise

ISIS have reportedly blown up an orphaned baby as part of a training exercise.

A senior Iraqi source has alleged that IS terrorist forces decided to wire up a baby with explosives before they then set off the device.

Terror network Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi, via the Mirror, were the first to allege that ISIS members had gone to these extreme lengths as they sought to showcase the best way to strap explosives to a human.

The orphaned child was used because they’d killed the baby’s father just a couple of weeks earlier. This man was murdered after it was claimed that he’d killed several ISIS members. It’s not known what happened to the child’s mother. This led the gunmen to declare in a video that they wanted to kill the man’s child, too.

Then, on Friday, July 10, they wired up the child with wires of explosives all in front of several recruits. ISIS members then detonated the device, killing the baby instantly. The incident is believed to have taken place in Iraq’s Diyala Province. This hugely violent era is located in the North East of Baghdad.

Sadiq el-Husseini, a Security Committee Chairman with Diyala, has since added further details of the incident. He explained, “The organisation booby-trapped the baby in front of dozens of armed ISIS men and the detonated it from afar.”

He added, “The organisation doesn’t care about the most basic human values. Their crimes are incalcuable and the blowing up of the baby is the best proof to the threat of ISIS’ ideology to the state.”

The Daily Mail has also reported that al-Husseini added, “The booby-trapping of the baby was a training mission for ISIS to teach its elements the booby-trapping mechanisms.”

As ISIS have risen in prominence and the group has added more and more members to their ranks, child soldiers have repeatedly been used is suicide attacks.
