Luann de Lesseps Changes Sides: ‘She Had No Right To Judge Sonja’

Luann de Lesseps may be back on The Real Housewives of New York as a full-time cast member, but just because she is single doesn’t mean she is nice. This season, de Lesseps has been on the warpath, and she has been taking aim at some of her stronger co-stars. Luann is currently slamming both Heather Thomson and Bethenny Frankel after watching how they handled Sonja Morgan on their infamous trip to Turks and Caicos.

Right from the beginning, Bethenny tried to give Sonja some unsolicited advice, and Luann de Lesseps didn’t think it was the time and the place. The drama eventually unfolded to include accusations that Morgan was an alcoholic and was self-medicating her pain.

According to a new Radar Online report, Luann de Lesseps is now slamming her co-stars for putting Sonja in such a bad light.

“Heather, like Bethenny [Frankel], can come off as too opinionated and harsh at times. She had no right to judge Sonja,” Luann explains in her blog pointing out that the other ladies had been too judgmental with the single mother.

Of course, de Lesseps has known Morgan for quite some time, so she understands the struggles she has been through. Luann hasn’t always been the shoulder to cry on for Sonja, but these days, it sounds like Luann de Lesseps wants to be there for her co-star. Maybe she is noticing how things are changing, as the ladies are becoming very judgmental of Sonja.

And Luann also pointed out that Carole Radziwill and Ramona Singer were acting out, as well. Carole judged Ramona for spending too much time with the bar owner while in Turks and Caicos, but Luann thinks her comments against Carole were justified, as she is dating the much younger chef back in New York.

“When Ramona’s cornered, she strikes outward rather than looking inward, and her calling out Carole for being so judgmental while Carole’s sleeping with a 20-something wasn’t surprising,” Luann de Lesseps reveals, adding that Ramona did apologize for her behavior, “Ramona did apologize fairly quickly to keep the peace, but we made her suffer by freezing her out that entire day.”

According to the Inquisitr, Luann de Lesseps and the ladies did film the reunion special last week. It will be interesting to see if Luann will continue to go after her co-stars.
