‘The Young And The Restless’ Teasers: Explosive Confrontations, Developing Reconciliations Ahead [Spoilers]


Friday’s episode of The Young and the Restless will set up some fresh drama related to Avery as well as tackle some complicated dynamics within various Genoa City relationships. Avery has accused Joe of raping her, and viewers will get a hint regarding where things seem to be headed in this show. What Young and Restless spoilers are available for the July 10 episode?

From the sounds of things, viewers will get to see a lot in regards to Lily, Cane, Lauren, and Michael in Friday’s episode. The Young and the Restless spoilers from She Knows Soaps indicate that Cane will fill Lauren in on what happened between Joe and Lily. Michael soon shows up, and both Cane and Lauren have some harsh words for him regarding his part in setting this all in motion.

Victor will manage to get a phone from a guard in jail, and he tries to call Nikki. Y&R spoilers detail that Neil will pick up the phone, and he says that Nikki doesn’t want to talk to Victor. Neil will go to see Victor in jail, and the two argue. Neil says he’ll protect Nikki, and of course, Victor doesn’t like this. Soon Victor throws a punch at Neil.

As We Love Soaps shares, Devon and Hilary will connect with Lily in Friday’s episode. Lily explains all that’s happened, and she worries that Cane will never forgive her. Devon and Hilary lend their support to Lily and tell her not to give up on her marriage.

Later, Devon will try to talk to Cane about Lily. Cane says that lying to Lily to cover for Devon’s affair was part of the issue that led to the cheating, but Lily defends Devon. While Lily insists that there’s hope for her marriage, Young and Restless spoilers indicate that Cane will indicate that he’s not open to a reconciliation. He adds that one of them needs to move out, and he doesn’t intend for it to be him.

The Young and the Restless spoilers reveal that Avery will sit for a deposition with Joe and his lawyer. She says that while Dylan did have Joe restrained in a chair, she doesn’t remember Dylan threatening to kill Joe. Avery and Joe will have a moment alone, and he insists she needs to help clear his name. Of course, she thinks otherwise and threatens that he won’t get away with what he’s done.

Sharon tells Dylan she’s worried about his involvement with Avery and Joe. Avery shows up and fills Dylan in on how the deposition went. They discuss her desire to see Joe pay, and Dylan mentions going after him on the business front. When Dylan leaves, Sharon expresses her concern to Avery, who is annoyed by it.

Dylan also gives a deposition in Friday’s episode, and he is said to bring up Joe’s supposed past abuse toward Avery. This leads to a heated exchange, according to the available Y&R spoilers. Later, Avery will have a flashback to arguing with Joe. Sharon talks with Dylan after the deposition and again expresses her concern about his involvement in the Avery situation.

Sharon says she worries that Avery is unbalanced and that the situation could lead to trouble for their family. Dylan indicates that he will ensure nothing can hurt their family, and he mentions that Sharon can have his gun. When Dylan reaches for the gun, he discovers that it’s missing.

Nikki will go to visit Victor, and she tells him about what led to her hospitalization. Young and Restless spoilers note that she’ll tell Victor that he needs to let her go, and he’ll talk again about how the shooting was self-defense. He begs Nikki to stick with him, but she seems intent on keeping her distance.

When Lauren expresses her feelings of guilt to Michael for what’s happened to Lily and Cane, she notes that she may go to see Fen in Arizona. Michael opens up and Young and Restless spoilers indicate that he’ll admit he made mistakes and he talks about forgiveness. Could Lauren and Michael find their way back to one another after all?

As Friday’s episode ends, Young and Restless spoilers tease that Avery will end up at Joe’s door, telling him that they need to finish things. Given the fact that it’s known that Avery is leaving soon, could this big confrontation pave the way to her departure? Fans may have to wait a bit to find out.
