Ben Affleck Spotted Without Wedding Ring, Looking Disheveled
Ben Affleck was spotted out and about in Los Angeles on Saturday. Days prior, he had been in the Bahamas with his three children and soon-to-be ex-wife, Jennifer Garner.
When Affleck stepped out on Saturday, he wasn’t wearing his wedding ring. It’s a massive change given the fact that he was wearing his wedding ring just days ago while on vacation with his family. As the Inquisitr reported, he and Jennifer Garner have been a united front for the sake of their family. In fact, the couple whisked their children away prior to breaking the news that they have decided to divorce.
Affleck left the Bahamas trip early to return to Los Angeles for promotional duties. The actor, who plays Batman in the upcoming Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice, will be on hand at the Comic Con in San Diego, which marks this the first public appearance he’s made since announcing that he and Garner are divorcing after ten years of marriage.

As we learned, the couple had problems for a while now, but they tried to keep it together for the children. They attended therapy for two years and had a ten month trial separation in order to save the marriage, but after their efforts, they decided that their family was better off separated.
The couple released this statement to People Magazine just a day after their 10th wedding anniversary.
“After much thought and careful consideration, we have made the difficult decision to divorce. We go forward with love and friendship for one another and a commitment to co-parenting our children whose privacy we ask to be respected during this difficult time. This will be our only comment on this private, family matter. Thank you for understanding.”
Affleck and Garner will continue to co-parent their children, Violet, Seraphina and Samuel, and they plan on taking a page from recently divorced power couple Gwyneth Paltrow and Chris Martin, who had an amicable split despite being in the public eye. Affleck plans to live on the same property as Garner, but in a different house. Ben and Jennifer hope this arrangement will help prevent any disruption to the daily routine of their three small children.
In the wake of the split, Affleck has leaned on his mother for help, as well as his best friend Matt Damon, while Garner is leaning on her small group of friends.
