Jenelle Evans: ‘I’m More Active In My Children’s Lives’ After Dropping The Drugs

Jenelle Evans has been working on herself over the past couple of years. Even though Evans has plenty of haters on social media, she is becoming better at ignoring the drama. Jenelle decided to focus on her education, her future and her relationship. Over the past year, her life has been almost drama-free, which is quite the switch compared to a few years ago.

Last year, Jenelle Evans gave birth to her second child. Many people felt that she only became pregnant because she couldn’t get custody of her first son, Jace. And yet, she and Nathan Griffith worked on their relationship. About eight months after giving birth, Evans and Nathan split up and she has been balancing her schooling and parenting by herself.

According to a new People report, Jenelle Evans is now revealing that her life has completely changed since fans first met her on 16 & Pregnant. Back then, Evans was stealing her mother’s credit cards, was dating drug users and even has a lengthy arrest record. After a stint in rehab, Jenelle slowly turned life around and it sounds like she has finally moved on to a better place.

“My life has changed so much since I stopped doing drugs – my whole attitude has changed,” Jenelle Evans has revealed, adding, “I’m more active in my children’s lives, and I want to be at every milestone and special event they have. Being there for them is more important to me than going partying or doing drugs.”

It was obvious that Evans didn’t have the best ability to pick her boyfriends in the past, as they were all drug users. But she explains that Nathan and Kaiser are both reasons why she is staying clean.

“Having Kaiser has kept me so busy and motivated that I don’t have time to hang out with the wrong crowd. I only focus on my sons, school and my future,” Jenelle Evans explains, adding about her parenting, “It was my first time co-parenting with the father of my child because [Jace’s father] wasn’t in his life. We were both very understanding and very fair about the days that we had Kaiser.”

But just because Evans is going to school and taking care of her children doesn’t mean she is staying out of the headlines. This week, Jenelle made headlines over putting her dog’s life in danger, and she also got an offer to film a pornographic movie, according to the Inquisitr.
