Sheree Whitfield Leaving ‘Real Housewives’ Due to Castmate Cattiness, She Says

In the cultural landscape of America, the Real Housewives property is somewhat of a blight on our enlightenment, and Sheree Whitfield doesn’t mince words in saying she’s had enough of it.

Sheree Whitfield is a castmember on the Real Housewives of Atlanta, but after four season on the show, she’s outtie- and she has given an honest assessment of her reasons for ditching the program as she prepares to leave.

Whitfield hints at her ability to move past the show in her statements, and the Real Housewives of Atlanta star is already heading up a fashion line called She by Sheree. In her kiss off, Sheree Whitfield says that the bitchiness on the day to day life of the show ultimately did her in, and she’s had it up to here:

“After four solid seasons of helping Bravo build the show into its most successful Housewives franchise, I have decided to leave. The direction the show is going in is no longer a fit for my lifestyle. I’m tired of the fighting and the cattiness.”

Sheree Whitfield continues, speaking to how the show reinforces women’s toxic treatment of one another and saying she no longer wants to be a part of that:

“I want to be part of something that empowers and inspires women to not only be healthy, but to treat themselves with respect. I wish the rest of the women the best of luck. I’m thrilled to say I’m now a free agent and am already fielding offers.”

What’s up next for Sheree Whitfield also appears to be a healthy living and fitness venture, which would be a big step into a positive venture from one she seems to see as negative.
