MTV Star Mackenzie Douthit’s Adult Film To Be Released? ‘Teen Mom 3’ Could Follow In Farrah Abraham’s Footsteps
MTV star Mackenzie Douthit appears to be headed down a dark path. For the last several months, the former Teen Mom 3 star has been making headlines for her seemingly out-of-character behavior. Although Douthit appeared to be sweet and demure on Teen Mom 3, dedicating her life to her husband and their children, this year may have brought on a major change.
In addition to experiencing hardships with husband Josh McKee, and a near divorce, the MTV star flew to Los Angeles, where she released her first single, a rap song, and underwent a breast augmentation. Just weeks later, Douthit reportedly admitted to having made an adult film, much like that of her Teen Mom predecessor, Farrah Abraham.
As the Inquisitr reported earlier, the MTV star’s lawyer shot off a letter to Vivid Entertainment this week after learning they had obtained the flick. At the time, TMZ claimed the letter requested Vivid Entertainment “declare its intentions” for the film, but didn’t reveal who the MTV star was joined by in the clip.
Before long, the MTV star’s fellow Teen Mom stars got word of the film, and shared their comments online. Chelsea Houska, of Teen Mom 2, was first to respond to the news, and Javi Marroquin, husband of her co-star Kailyn Lowry, followed.

Although it was initially believed that Vivid Entertainment would be unable to release the adult film, because Douthit was reportedly against the idea, The Ashley’s Reality Roundup has since claimed there may be more to the story. In their report, they spoke to Kevin Blatt, a celebrity adult film expert, who helped in the brokering and promoting of Paris Hilton and Kim Kardashian’s tapes.
“[Mackenzie is] 100% in bed with Vivid. TMZ will only print sex tape stories where they now know the celebrity is in on the deal. You must have USC 2257 Paperwork to accompany any tape (this includes releases) as well as identification.”
In other words, the MTV star and her unnamed partner have likely already agreed to the film’s release, otherwise, TMZ would have never published the story.
“She is looking to extend her 15 minutes of fame by shilling this s– tape. This has become a viable way of making the public know who they are these days. This tape will not sell primarily because her popularity isn’t that big. What Vivid is hoping for is that unknowing people will come to their site in droves and hopefully sign up for another product they may offer–such as the Kim K sex tape.”
MTV star Mackenzie Douthit has yet to comment on news of her adult film.
