Kendra & Hank Scandal: Hank Baskett Comes Clean About Cheating Scandal

Kendra and Hank are opening up about a scandal that nearly ruined their marriage. Several months after headlines of infidelity littered the internet, Hank Baskett is finally ready to talk. According to People Magazine, Hank says that all he wanted to do was buy some pot, but he got himself in a very sticky situation.

“I messed up. I put myself in a bad situation. And everything through me brought pain upon this family,” said Hank. The father of two explains that he was given an address, he showed up, asked to use the bathroom, and when he came out, he saw something he didn’t expect. Two women (presumably, one was transgender model Ava Sabrina London) were nude and making out.

“I froze,” Hank explained, feeling uncomfortable, and unsure of what to do.

The Kendra and Hank scandal gets a little crazier from here. Hank says that one of the women approached him, and “fondled him through his basketball shorts.” He denies having any involvement in the sexual act, and says that he just stood there, unable to move.

“I didn’t engage in anything. It was like a bank robbery. You never know when you’ll freeze. I don’t know if it was a couple of seconds or 15 seconds, because all I was saying was get out, get out, get out,” Hank explains. As for why he didn’t want to tell the world — or his wife — exactly what happened, Hank says that he was embarrassed.

“I was this big former football player. I was the alpha male. I could do anything to protect my family but I couldn’t protect myself,” Hank explained.

According to Yahoo! Celebrity, there seems to be some holes in Hank’s story — or at least some strange parts that don’t really make sense. For instance, the site questions why someone would ask to use the bathroom at a stranger’s house, especially when they were going there to buy drugs.

Nonetheless, Kendra and Hank used the scandal to their benefit. The couple has done a few reality shows (from two seasons of Kendra On Top to Marriage Boot Camp), and have used the media attention to their benefit, choosing not to come out with the “real” story until now.

And while Kendra Wilkinson really had a hard time with all of this (as previously reported by the Inquisitr, Kendra told Hank she was considering divorce), she seems to be okay with it now.

“Hank was very naïve and gullible. He thinks everybody is his friend. That led him to the hell that we’ve lived,” she said.
