People are curious about Jeremy Renner’s love life, and the Avengers: Age Of Ultron star decided to discuss the “Jeremy Renner gay” rumor in an interview for the July/August issue of Playboy. Jeremy explained that “Jeremy Renner gay” was the first thing he saw when he Googled himself. Renner claims that when he saw “Jeremy Renner gay,” he knew he had made it to Hollywood star status, and he didn’t care if people believed it or not.
“I don’t care [if people think I’m gay]… Look at where we’re at socially – leaps and bounds ahead of where we started. That’s an amazing thing. To suggest that it’s negative, that being gay is a terrible thing, a perversion or whatever – I just don’t get it. Don’t you wish we were in a world where we’re not shaming, judging and boxing people in?”
Hollywood has kept The Avengers star busy. He is in the process of filming two movies: Captain America: Civil War and Story Of Your Life. He is also in Mission: Impossible – Rogue Nation, which is in post-production. This busy schedule does not allow Renner to spend as much time with his family as he wants.
Renner and wife Sonni Pacheco are getting divorced after being married for less than a year. That isn’t the hard part for him. For him, the hardest part is being away from the two-year-old daughter that the couple shares custody of.
“I see anything that takes me away from my daughter, whether it’s something good like making Mission: Impossible 5 or something bad like my divorce, as a distraction and an obstacle. Now, if anything takes me away and I don’t get to see her, I just won’t do it. I don’t care what you pay me. All my energy goes toward her and her well-being.”
It is clear that Jeremy loves his daughter. On Father’s day, he posted this on his Twitter account.

Renner’s sexual orientation doesn’t matter. What matters is he is rapidly becoming a huge star in Hollywood and he loves his daughter more than anything in the world.
