With the last installment of the Hunger Games series set to be in theaters this November and the sequel to X:Men Apocalyse expected to be showing in May 2016, Jennifer Lawrence seems to have a lot on her plate these days.
Lawrence will appear in The Hunger Games: Mockingjay – Part 2 for the last time to play her role as Katniss Everdeen.
She has also announced that she will play the role of shapeshifter Mystique for a final time in the X-Men franchise.
Next, Lawrence will star opposite Chris Pratt, Reese Witherspoon and Rachel McAdams in the movie Passengers, directed by Morten Tyldum.
Despite her busy schedule, JLaw has reportedly been looking for a place to permanently reside in the Big Apple.
Recently, the Oscar award-winning actress was game for giving photographers a laugh as she hammed it up for the cameras while house-hunting in NYC.
Last Wednesday, she was spotted walking with a pair of chopsticks in her mouth outside of the up-scale Nobu restuarant in New York City.

And on Friday, the star emerged from her car sporting a unibrow, goatee and a handlebar mustache, all drawn with a black marker.
The actress, who managed to snag roles in high-grossing movie franchises and top-profile indies, seemed to enjoy her funny antics as she posed for photos and even signed autographs at Waverly Inn.
By Sunday though, the Hunger Games star was dressed to kill as she stepped out of her hotel looking absolutely stunning in a sexy-cropped black top and hip-hugging knee-length black skirt. Paired with a “flat gold-link chain, a small gold clutch bag” and dark sunglasses, Lawrence’s outfit, which radiated a sizzling and serious tone, showed off her toned abs and beautiful legs.
According to Mail Online, the X-Men star may have already found a new home. She was spotted at 443 Greenwich Street, checking out the remarkable building in Tribeca.
The building used to be a book binding factory but now sports a 71- foot lap pool, a gym, a wine cellar and a 5,000-square-foot interior patio teeming with flora.
Lawrence’s choice will cost her around $7 million for a two-bedroom flat and about $51 million for a penthouse, should she choose to stay at the said building.
