Sheree Whitfield And Lisa Wu Reportedly Turn Down ‘RHOA’

Will viewers see Sheree Whitfield and Lisa Wu on Season 8 of The Real Housewives of Atlanta? That is reportedly what producers wanted. Unfortunately for Sheree and Lisa’s fans, the producers apparently didn’t want to pay enough and so Sheree and Lisa turned down the offer.

On Sunday, All About The Tea reported that Bravo plans on putting together a special episode where past and current housewives comment on what happened the past seven seasons. According to a source, Sheree and Lisa, who were two of the original cast members, along with NeNe Leakes, Kim Zolciak, and DeShawn Snow, demanded that they get paid a certain amount to make their guest appearances.

“Sheree and Lisa demanded Bravo show them the money. Bravo didn’t offer them enough money so they both declined to appear on the special.”

The source added that DeShawn was going to appear on the special for free, but Sheree pushed her to charge for her appearance. It’s not clear whether DeShawn, unlike Sheree and Lisa, accepted the amount offered. The source also told the website that no existing cast members have been offered a contract for the eighth season.

Yet it seems that the show’s producers have already begun Season 8 talks with at least one woman. As previously reported by the Inquisitr, Claudia Jordan, whom TMZ reported has been dropped from the show, recently wrote that both she and the show’s producers have things to consider when it comes to her future on the show.

Would Sheree Whitfield and Lisa Wu really turn down the opportunity to be back on Bravo, even if it’s just for a special episode and they don’t get paid much? Noticeably, on Monday, BravoTV.com did not include Sheree and Lisa’s names when it revealed that the special, named “The Real Housewives of Atlanta: 100th Episode Watch What Happens Live Special,” will include clips and interviews with past and present housewives.

Lisa is already back on TV, as one of the stars of TV One’s Hollywood Divas, which is produced by Kandi Burruss’ husband, Todd Tucker. As for Sheree, she, via her Instagram page last Thursday, thanked her fans for their continued loyalty and support. She posted the quote, “Some people aint replaceable,” and assured her fans that she appreciates them for championing her.

“FYI… Ur comments, ur continued request for my return, ur loyalty and support have not gon overlooked by me especially over the last 4+ years…I may not always get a moment to respond or acknowledge u guys but i ? u! I ? u guys, I appreciate u guys and I thank yall for continuing to ? for me! ? ? ? #NothingButLove.”

Sheree Whitfield has apparently received a lot of comments that she should be brought back on The Real Housewives of Atlanta as Claudia Jordan’s replacement. Sheree recently retweeted a tweet from a fan who responded to TMZ‘s reporting that Claudia is off the show by saying that Sheree should return to the show.
