Pippa Middleton And Pals Point Gun At Photographer, Could Face Charges

Pippa Middleton could be facing some legal troubles after an incident involving a gun, some friends, an Audi convertible and a member of the paparazzi.

The 28-year-old sister of Duchess Kate was cruising around Paris when they noticed a photographer following them. The driver of the car turned and pointed a gun at the British photographer who was able to capture the incident on film.

Access Hollywood reports that the Paris Judicial Police department is poised to launch a probe into the incident.

A source told The Sun:

“If the evidence points to her involvement, she will be prosecuted. Anybody involved in the illegal use of a handgun in public is liable to arrest and interrogation.”

If the gun turns out to be real, Pippa Middleton and the three other people in the car could face up to seven years in prison. The Sun reports that they could face up to two years in prison even if the gun is a fake.

The photographer has not filed a formal complaint about the incident yet.

Middleton has not yet commented on the incident.
