Cooper Hefner, Holly Madison Rivals? Son Of Hugh Hefner Calls Former Playmate A ‘Gold Digger’

Cooper Hefner and Holly Madison could be official rivals now. After the release of Madison’s book Down the Rabbit Hole, where she described her relationship with Playboy boss Hugh Hefner, his son felt the need to defend him.

Not everything is the proverbial wine and roses behind the scenes at the Playboy Mansion, it seems. This former “playmate” appeared to be taking advantage of the opportunity to defame her ex Hugh Hefner. So far, it isn’t working too well.

V. Stiviano, born Maria Vanessa Perez, was another woman named in Cooper’s attempt to defend his father. According to TMZ, however, Stiviano had become known for allegedly changing her name and race as she committed several crimes, including extortion against Donald Sterling. The alleged extortion included recording racist rants that ended in the Clippers owner getting banned from the NBA.

The newfound rivalry between Cooper Hefner and Holly Madison was sparked by accusations she made in her book. She had described his father as abusive and confessed to thinking about suicide while living at the mansion. The media mogul’s son took to Twitter in an effort to strike back against her accusations, calling her a “gold digger” and accusing her of aggressively seeking the relationship.

Cooper included V. Stiviano in another tweet against women in Los Angeles who he dubbed “a Justice League type group of wonderfully sh***y people.”

Hugh released his own statement countering the claims of his former “playmate.”

“Over the course of my life I’ve had more than my fair share of romantic relationships with wonderful women. Many moved on to live happy, healthy and productive lives, and I’m pleased to say remain dear friends today.

“Sadly, there are a few who have chosen to rewrite history in an attempt to stay in the spotlight. I guess, as the old saying goes: You can’t win ’em all!”

The Cooper Hefner and Holly Madison rivalry has also drawn the attention of another one of Hugh’s exes. As previously reported by the Inquisitr, Kendra Wilkinson came to his defense, saying Madison always had ulterior motives, allegedly using lies, manipulation, and suicidal thoughts to get her way.

Madison told the press in response that she was never in it for the money or the status.

“If I was bitter about not having been married and wanted revenge, I would have done it a long time ago.”

To counter Cooper Hefner, Holly Madison added the claim that she had been included in Hugh’s will, and left as her own decision.

Do you think Holly Madison is a “gold digger,” or is she telling the truth in her book?
