Two Men Use Music Videos As Inspiration For Their Marriage Proposals

It seems like marriage proposals are getting more and more creative these days. People are thinking up of different ways to pop the question to their future wives. Two men used music videos as their inspiration for their very own marriage proposals.

The first man proposed to his girlfriend that he’s known since the fifth grade. He created a music video to ask for her hand in marriage. Sam Maccarone and Jessica Burzichelli met when they were just 10-years-old, and they have been dating ever since.

Sam knew he wanted to marry his girlfriend, so he decided to create a music video. He didn’t want to make just any old music video to catch her attention. With the help of his friends, Sam was able to create a video that celebrated the long life they shared together, so far.

Jessica herself was even in the music video. At first, she thought she was doing a favor for one of their friends by appearing in the video. At the end of the video, Sam got down on one knee and proposed to her. Of course, she said yes.

The music video that features a song that Sam’s friend wrote for them was uploaded to YouTube. It’s been picked up by the media and now has over a million views.

Another man recreated a music video to propose to his own long-time girlfriend. Liam Cooper was ready to pop the question to his high school sweetheart, so he used the video “Rude” by the band Magic! as inspiration. He even had it played at a local movie theater for his girlfriend, who was unaware of what was going on at the time.

Liam brought his girlfriend, Amy, to the movies. She thought they were going on a double-date with his sister and brother-in-law. Liam told Amy that he had to go to the bathroom. After the previews played, Liam’s music video played on the big screen. Liam told the Daily Mail Australia that he was nervous about his epic marriage proposal.

“I was really freaking out with everything leading up to it. It took us months of filming and editing, but the moment we were driving to the movies, it was pretty nerve-racking.”

The movie theater was packed with hundreds of people, including the couple’s family and friends and some regular moviegoers. When the music video finished, the lights turned back on, and Liam got down on one knee to propose to Amy. Liam’s marriage proposal has also received over 1 million views on YouTube. People just love to watch men pop the question.

It looks like both men got a positive response out of their marriage proposals. What are your thoughts on these proposals? Do you think they’re creative? Share your thoughts below in the comments section.
