‘The Witcher 3’ Free DLCs Live Now, Patch v1.05 Online Later For PlayStation 4 And Xbox One

Reports reveal The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt is releasing a series of free DLCs for The Witcher 3 players at the PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One platforms this week, and the wait has finally come to an end. Two free DLCs for The Witcher 3 are now live, according to the official Twitter account of The Witcher 3,@witchergame.

The two new The Witcher 3 DLCs will be available for all The Witcher 3 players for free, and are already available for download as of this writing. The first free The Witcher 3 DLC will be a new quest, “Contract: Skellige’s Most Wanted.” The quest, PC Gamer reported, will be a new and exciting monster hunt that will challenge The Witcher 3 players.

The second free The Witcher 3 DLC will be another Skellige DLC, a “Skellige Armor Set” that is “enhanced for the frigid climate of the Skellige Archipelago.” The Skellige Armor Set will feature a jacket, a pair of gloves, pants, boots, and horse tack.

The Witcher 3 free DLCs are available for download at the GOG website here, through subscribing to The Witcher 3 DLC package, or via Steam’s DLC list here.

Another exciting piece of The Witcher 3 news is that patch v1.05 is coming in a few hours for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. Inquisitr reports that The Witcher 3 team is already working on the massive update coming after today’s bug fix, and that it will be available soon. However, CD Projekt Red still hasn’t revealed specific details regarding the update following patch v1.05 for The Witcher 3 PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.

CD Projekt Red promises that more free DLC will be coming to The Witcher 3 in the upcoming weeks. But for players who wouldn’t want to trouble themselves with the free DLCs, Projekt Red already promised more than 200 hours’ worth of gameplay inside The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt.
